Giulia is very present in the communication exchanges by message and clear in specifying issues that initially seemed unclear (such as separate waste collection).

Laura is an amazing host! She gave exact instructions on how to find the hidden away AirBnB. The place was clean and beautiful in a peaceful small neighborhood. Amazing and would absolutely stay here again!!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

This apartment is a wonderful blend of the historic and contemporary. Assisi is a special place this home is well located high up in Assisi to enjoy. We would happily recommend this place to any traveller. Thank you Maria for your hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Assisi. Very helpful and responsive host. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The illy coffee was a nice touch. Wish we had stayed longer in this charming place. We hope to visit again soon.

Paolo was the best - super helpful and informative! We went to two of his dinner recommendations and both were fantastic - Il Pinturrichio and Osteria del Buchetto. We loved the place and enjoyed a couple evenings on the terrace. We didn’t have enough time there and I look forward to coming back!

Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

A cozy apartment in the center of Vignanello. There is free parking in front of the house. The apartment is in the basement, steep stairs, no elevator. Since the house was built in 1725, the interior is very beautiful: there is a niche for water, a fireplace, thick walls, narrow passages, arches. Good renovation, lots of decorative items: violin, candles, guitar. There is a capsule coffee machine. Polite, responsive hosts were always in touch, quickly answered questions. The apartment is a little noisy in the morning, as there is a roadway right above it. Corso Garibaldi, 75 is a great place to explore the Lazio region.

Wow - book this spot immediately! This gorgeous stone apartment feels like a private cave. We spent time on the (shared) balcony drinking wine we got right from the wine cellar in our building! Comfortable bed and nothing beats the view of the hilly countryside when you open up the curtains - truly magical! Luigi was a great host, giving detailed instructions and always responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Words and photos cannot adequately describe the beauty and tranquility of this place. It’s name translated - ‘Enchantment’ says it best. It is my new favorite spot in the entire world. I smiled the whole time I was here. Chiara is a wonderful host and an excellent communicator. If you are solo and worried about your mobility to walk across the bridge- ask about hitching a ride with your luggage on the ATV for a price. Prior to coming Chiara asks if you would like groceries delivered- take her up on it. There are no stores for groceries in the small town and most restaurants closed at 5pm. One restaurant had muffins and pastries for breakfast. Chiara does have a well stocked wine cellar that has reasonable prices. She had also asked prior to my arrival if I’d like to book a massage- don’t wait until you are there, you must book ahead as the service quickly books up. Incanto di Civita was an incredible experience, and Chiara was a wonderful host. I hope to one day return. ❤️

This was such a beautiful stay during my 3 weeks in Italy. I was truly taken with the mountains and beauty of the area. The home is very comfortable and peaceful. Luca and Vanna were helpful for me up on check in. I visited Marmore Fall, the lake and nearby villages. The walk down to the falls is downhill, but you can use the bus. Just check Google maps for the schedule and buy a ticket through the SOLGA app or on the bus with cash. I thought the local people were very friendly, despite me knowing no Italian. I didn't want to leave and really hope to come back to visit!

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

Together with my family, I just had a fantastic stay in Marco and Barbara's apartment. They were exceptional hosts, very welcoming and always available to give us advice on places to visit. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake, truly a slice of paradise. In addition, the location is perfect for those who want to visit the Cascata delle Marmore, which is just minutes away. The house is impeccable: very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The space is perfect for those looking for tranquility, but also for those who want to explore the surroundings. I highly recommend this apartment!

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, we stayed for five days and felt at home. It is in a great location to get to the main tourist places. We enjoyed the reserved parking space. Definitely recommended.

Manuela’s apartment was amazing. Lots of space. As like many others have previously mentioned the outdoor patio was absolutely breathtaking. We spent several hours in the afternoons out there on the comfy chaise loungers sitting in the sun and then watching the sunsets. Manuela met us and personally took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. She was flexible in the check in and out. Manuela left us a beautiful bottle of wine and chips, which was very much appreciated. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Parking was close by. Spello is an amazing town to visit and surrounding villages as well.
