For those of you who are not interested in loads of space, we offer a small (14 sqm) but cosy and well equipped studio for your stay in Rome. We have renovated a former wash house and transformed it into a modern and refined pied à terre with AC, WI-FI and usb wall ports, your comfort being our main concern. Our studio is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building, and consists of an entrance with a sofa bed and table, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bathroom with a large shower just installed, a kitchen with a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, an espresso machine, and a kettle.
