The fridge was broken upon our arrival. Ornella responded quickly, came and had the fridge replaced on the same day! Beautiful flowers outside the apartment. The apartment was large and spacious with high ceilings.

We only stayed one night in Stefano's little house because it is particularly close to a well-known butcher restaurant in the area. The house is clean, with everything you need for your stay, even for several days. There is a hairdryer and also a small vertical iron, courtesy bathroom service, clean and soft towels and very comfortable mattress. Automatic check-in with a very convenient code with very clear and detailed instructions provided by Stefano. If I had to go back to Terni, I would definitely stay at this place again. Thank you so much and see you next time!

We loved our experience at Valerio’s apartment. The space was clean and airy, perfect for our needs. The surrounding mountains were so beautiful, and hearing the birdsong was so lovely every morning! Valerio was so kind and communicative throughout our stay.

Both bedrooms are large with generous closets. Very suitable for two couples or a family of four. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers (though be water conscious like anywhere in Italy). Full kitchen: stovetop and fridge. We stayed three nights comfortably.
