The Vintage Inn was perfect for our overnight stay in Wellington. Room was perfect with nice pub and good breakfast in the morning. Dave was very friendly and helpful.

Lizzie was a lovely host - very friendly and welcoming. The room had everything we needed, although small, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. A great location - right on the waterside in Dartmouth - and breakfast was excellent.

Adam and Susie were perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome in their beautiful home. The location was idyllic, a quiet piece of paradise surrounded by nature. Breakfast was superb - especially their own honey. We will definitely return!

Belinda was very helpful about me needing to check in a bit early, very accommodating with my little dog, and also very welcoming and a lovely host. Breakfast was delicious - lovely granola with blueberries and yoghurt, perfect. She recommended various supper options and I tried the Cott Inn - fabulous food (I had the pea, shallot and sage tortelloni) and also dog friendly. I was visiting Totnes in order to go on a tour of the Agroforestry Research Trust which is a pioneering forest garden full of interesting edibles grown without needing much maintenance - ideal for growing healthy food at home alongside a busy lifestyle. The tour was great - and Belinda’s home was only a 15 min walk away, so it all worked out very well.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

Some lovely quiet days in a historically interesting place in a rural setting. Princetown is a great starting point for hiking over the moor. It is possible to have dinner in Princetown, which is one km from Tor Royal Farm. Cozy to live on a farm with cows, sheep and friendly shepherd dogs.

Stayed with Nicky and Si for a couple of days in Swimbridge and I think the most tranquil AirBnB I’ve stayed at yet! Breakfasts were continental and lots of choice, and Nicky was great in responding quickly to queries on check in and the room. The room was clean and well put together overlooking a great view of the church.

Amazing find of a place on the south side of Plymouth, near ferry departures. Friendly, helpful host and excellent response times. Great value.

Room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. It is above a pub/restaurant with fantastic food and drink. All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakdast included in the price was great. We were a group of 3 cyclists and it was a perfect place to stop, located right on the NCN 3.

Ideal accommodation for music festival. Central location but away from street noise. Bunk room is rather small but beautifully formed. I stayed alone this visit but room have shared with a friend in the past during a biking tour. It was a lovely place to lay our heads. Outstanding breakfast, any options from extensive menu, included in the price in the restaurant below that is open from 7am to 2 . No booking or pre ordering hazzle that adds to a relaxing stay and I could sleep in as the mood took me but useful if an early start is required. Very popular and atmospheric eating venue and as a lone visitor was lovely to enjoy the busy cheerful vibe.

Angela is a very welcoming and friendly host . she is also very helpful . our one night stay was very comfortable, warm and we also felt safe . Thank you ! we will definitely come back one day xx

It's difficult to 'say a few words' in the space allotted because from the welcome to the assistance with our departure, everything was perfection. I have owned a historic inn, am a participant in the Air B&B in the US and a world traveler and can say with confidence that our stay at The Cider Barn was the best Air B&B experience we've ever had. Louise is the consummate hostess and excels at gracious hospitality. She is a concierge who is not only knowledgeable but makes the experience happen. She generously provided transportation to and from a wedding reception for us as we found the small lane driving at night quite intimidating as Americans. Even finding the 'hidden gem' was a challenge for us but well worth it and we boosted our learning curve as time went on, all too quickly. The property is exquisite; it easily qualifies for submission in Architectural Digest. We are deeply grateful to Louise, our hostess, and any guest is fortunate to stay here.

We booked Toms place for an over nights stay as we had a wedding to go to at Country Ways which is nearby . A beautiful old Manor House which has all the charm you would expect from a house several century’s old. The bed was so comfortable , a lovely hot cooked breakfast with plenty to choose from at the cold section. Thank you for a lovely stay .

Peaceful beautiful location- very close to South west coast path that we were walking. Lucy was brilliant - so friendly, great recommendations and delicious breakfast! Comfortable beds and lovely shower- set us up brilliantly for the next days walking.

We really enjoyed our stay in Dartmouth. The location is within a few minutes walk to the centre of town (on the flat as well) and parking is available on the street. The room was comfortable and nice and clean. Alison is an excellent host making sure we had everything we needed and served up delicious breakfasts in the morning. Thanks - Alan and Julia

I had a lovely stay at Rita's place. It's a fantastic spot and Rita and Eric are wonderful and very friendly hosts. the room itself is spotless and very homely. the breakfast was delicious. Rita even dropped me off in Plymouth the next morning. couldn't have asked for more. would definitely recommend.

I arrived tired after driving through lashing rain. I was made to feel immensely welcome. Everything was very fine indeed and Rachel had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

If you are looking for a place to stay where you are made to feel welcome, one where you can come and go as you need to, this is where I recommend you stay. I had a week of being totally looked after from coffee being made for me, fresh strawberries from the garden with breakfast i so recommend you have the cook breakfast, delicious!! I had a great time learning all about the chickens & seeing one day old chicks. I got to see & learn about their home grown fruit & veg. I will always remember how welcome I was made to feel in someones home I didn’t know. They are the warmest, kindest, friendliest & caring two people. I would absolutely stay again. Another guest came every year to see family & would always stay with Suzie & Steve - You will understand why! Thank you Suzie & Steve for making a stressful time so much easier. I think you are both wonderful & if I am ever in the area again I will be over to stay for so many reasons, one being your delicious breakfast - Thank you!!

I typically, like your average non-compliant Airbnb patron, shy away from leaving reviews. However, this stay is more than worthy of one—and a Gold Star 7! (Even though I’m tempted to gatekeep…) Firstly, the entire property completely exceeded my preconceived notions room more spacious than picture depict. The bed? Soft, fluffy, and with just the right depth of mattress—absolute perfection. **Nothing, and I repeat, nothing in this review can fully articulate the ambiance of the room***. It delivered a true sense of tranquility and a much-needed recharge. Safe to say, I slept very well. The bathroom? Ultra-modern with great lighting! **the hosts—truly the warmest, most accommodating, professional, and inviting people.
