Beachfront vacation rentals in Teignbridge

Great position of Airbnb overlooking the water. Lots to see whilst relaxing on the balcony. Binoculars were a great extra! Apartment itself was very nice , fully fitted out kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfy lounge area. Made for a relaxing break. Exmouth was excellent . Beautiful beaches, promenade and gardens. Town centre was nice to wander around too - with lots of places to eat/drink. We really enjoyed our short break in Exmouth and will definitely be back.

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

We had a wonderful week staying at The Courtyard, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. Very comfortable upstairs lounge with two balconies to make the most of the views. Plus a lovely courtyard filled with gorgeous greenery making it feel very tropical (and lots inside too). The bed is probably the most comfortable we have slept in! Stoke Fleming is a lovely village with access to the SW coastal path in both directions – the walk to Dartmouth is a must (and get the bus back!) Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area too. Jill’s communication is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Courtyard 😊we most certainly hope to return!

What a treat! We had a 4 night stay in this beautiful house where every last detail has been thought about to add to your enjoyment and comfort. Everything was first class, very comfortable beds and pillows, spotless bathrooms with proper size towels, plenty of good cutlery and tableware, utensils for cooking if you wanted to cook. The house was a delight with lovely deep sofas overlooking one of the balconies to the ever changing landscape of the waters beyond. It would be hard not to enjoy whatever the weather throws at you! We had a great couple of days here. We had never visited Dawlish before and found it was a lovely place that we used as our base to visit other areas in Devon. Clean apartment, quiet with picturesque views.

Our stay at Bee's was perfect. It is so quiet and well appointed we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Bee and her husband were both very welcoming and helpful. The location was very good to explore the local area. We would highly recommend it.

Another lovely stay at Palmdene. This place really is home from home and so comfortable. Love being able to stare out to see from both the kitchen and the living room. Everything we need is there. Great place for going onto Paignton beach (approx 10 mins) or go over the top and head to Goodrington beach, it will take a bit longer but the views are stunning. Booking again very soon.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This place felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! 4o iful apartment

The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Fantastic, clean and well-equipped caravan in a beautiful setting on a fantastic site. Hayley couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and responsive. Ladram Bay offers so much for a young family and our children loved the site, proximity to activities and the beach. Thank you Hayley and family for sharing your holiday home. We will definitely visit again!

Really friendly host, she was quick to reply to any questions. Caravan was lovely, with lovely views of the sea. Bit of a busy resort, but the kids loved it. Would stay again.

Wonderful - with a beautiful sea view that made it very special. Modern, clean and nicely decorated/equipped. We stayed as four women friends and it was perfect. The only thing I would say is that if you don’t know each other well or are physically large, the space is relatively small with only the one bathroom - which is clear from the listing - but worth bearing in mind.

Had a lovely weekend stay in the caravan, just as described and in a beautiful location. Host was excellent in communicating instructions for check in. will be rebooking in the future!

We have just returned from our stay and it was the perfect choice for a family. Lots to do at the park when some down time was needed and great coastal location. The accommodation was great - outdoor space, lovely lounge area and little touches like high chair and bed rail for our toddler included. Anja has thought of everything you could need and was very quick to help when we needed support on arrival (my issue not a lack of communication from the host). All in all a great choice for our half term getaway and we will certainly book again.

The flat was light, spacious and clean and everything you would need was there. A delicious cream tea was waiting for us on arrival which was very much appreciated. The accommodation was literally a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and a short walk to the town centre and train station. When we went out on the first day we had problems getting back in as the front door was sticking, but the problem was quickly rectified and all was well afterwards.

Sanctuary cottage is a beautiful little oasis on shaldon’s stunning green. We loved Jayne’s place - brilliantly located 2 minutes walk from the beach, pub and shops, stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean and super comfortable and cosy. Jayne was great in sharing clear directions for entering, showed flexibility towards our requirements and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend, would love to return!

Suzanne's chalet was absolutely beautiful! The location is stunning and the chalet was perfect for us - tastefully decorated to a really high standard, cozy, and immaculately clean. We loved listening to the waves at night and the bottle of fizz in the fridge was a lovely touch. After exploring the local fishing villages we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. Highly recommend - we didn't want to leave!

Pippa’s place is absolutely wonderful. Spotlessly clean with every conceivable amenity. They have thought of everything. Loads of lovely little touches and it is way better than in the photos and description. Enormous comfy bed, plush towels, really great living space. It is so well appointed with quality items and beautiful decor. The hosts kindly left us some welcoming provisions like bread, milk and biscuits which was really lovely. It is the perfect location too. Easy walking distance to the village or Teignmouth, in a beautiful peaceful spot. There are wonderful views from the lounge and garden area which has seating in the sunshine. The private parking space is great too as many places in the village do not have this. The hosts provided many recommendations of places to eat etc and were always available for anything we needed. I cannot recommend it highly enough and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you so much for such a fabulous stay in The Annex. We loved it.

This is a beautiful house which feels homely and has all you need to enjoy a great time with friends and family. The communication with the host, Frank, was excellent and check in was easy. There is plenty of space a very well equipped kitchen, 4 lovely bedrooms and the bathrooms were spotless as was the bed linen and towels. Great to have off street parking and the shops, restaurants, beach and railway station are all in very easy walking distance. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home and would stay again next time we visit Dawlish. The patio and garden are also spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and outside dining if you so choose and for those with young children the garden area is totally secure.

The Lighthouse is a quirky little place really thoughtfully designed and decorated…..a small but adorable little find!! Right in the town centre and just a step from the beach….perfect! Host very responsive when needed, and had left lots of thoughtful ‘bits’ around the place…..including fresh milk in the fridge (cow & oat!)!! Would definitely recommend this place for one or two guests and plan on returning sometime!!!

We only spent a couple of nights at Slow Tides but it was a great base for exploring Shaldon which is a really lovely seaside village. Perhaps not completely ideal for small children (ours are 1 and 4) as the access is via an external staircase and obviously no space for buggies etc but we managed without too much bother and we did think that it would be amazing for a couple or with slightly older children.

We had a fantastic stay. The treats on arrival were gratefully received and enjoyed during our week. The flat was very clean and well resourced with a full stack of clean plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery etc The decor is lovely, its spacious, light and airy and it really felt like a home away from home. The location was brilliant. We enjoyed watching the black swans and trains from the lounge window and exploring the lovely cafes, fun amusements and attractions of Dawlish with our family. We hardly needed to use the car with so much to do in Dawlish itself and the convenient train service to Exeter, Paignton and just 4 minutes on the train to Dawlish Warren. A fantastic flat that we would readily recommend to others and return to ourselves.
