Svendborg with cultural offerings and cozy shopping streets, the Øhavs trail, mountain bike trails, castles and museums are all within immediate reach. In addition, Thurø is a mecca for anglers.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.

Bright and spacious annex - even if it's only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably secluded. Note: There is hot water, even if the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.
