Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Beautiful separate studio located in green natural surroundings by a small old fishing village, in the second row, overlooking Svendborgsund. Brechthuset (Berthol Brecht lived and worked here) as the closest neighbor. Waves from Ærø and Skarø-Drejø ferries. 3 minutes to the small idyllic Tankefuldskoven and city bus. The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

The apartment has charm and is cozily decorated. Good space and fully equipped with tableware, towels, dishcloths, 2 good beds and sofa bed for 2 people. A nice place for you, who want to stay centrally in Svendborg. Easy access to trains and buses.

Bright and spacious annex - even if it's only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably secluded. Note: There is hot water, even if the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.
