Looking for a cozy home in Svendborg full of soul and charm?! Then look no further. This home has coziness, soul, and charm. The hostess, Louise, goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home and at ease. She comes with great tips and advice if needed. She's quick to respond when there's something you're not sure about. She seems like a warm and empathetic hostess. For example, upon our arrival, she had also left us chocolate and delicious Funen apple juice. It was a lovely surprise. In general, you feel very welcome in Louise's place. It's a lovely place for families with children, as there are toys - including Lego - inside that children can play with. Outside there is a large lovely garden - shared with the neighbors - where there is a cave in a tree and small cozy nooks. It's also a big plus that the home is close to pretty much everything - the pedestrian street, train station, and harbor. A lot of places are therefore within walking distance. For that reason, you do not need to use a car to get around inside Svendborg city. It's much easier to get around on foot or bike (if you bring it). Parking close to the home can be a small challenge-especially during the high season when there are many tourists in Svendborg. Luckily, we were able to find a parking spot where we first held a little somewhere (due to a time limit) and then had the opportunity to move the car closer to Louise's home. My recommendation would therefore be: Only use the car if you are going outside Svendborg and visit other cities. As previously mentioned, it's easier to bike or get around on foot from Louise's address. All in all, a really nice place with an excellent hostess who wants to make you feel comfortable in her home.

Beautiful little townhouse located right in the middle of Ærøskøbing. The house had what we needed, a good bed, cozy living room and not least nice that there was a closed garden with covered terrace and garden furniture, so you could eat outside. Gitte was a nice host, responded quickly when needed, so we can only recommend a stay in her house.

Beautiful place to stay in Rudkøbing. Very individual, creative and nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable in Susanne's apartment. The location is very central yet very quiet and Susanne is a very friendly hostess. We can absolutely recommend this apartment.

The house is very cozy and tastefully decorated, with nice old finds. Very authentic and we felt at home right away. The courtyard and garden were very cozy, with sun and shelter. The location is nice, walking distance to everything. Happy to come again!

Small nice house with a small garden and small yard. Centrally located in Marstal. Cozy decor, with the necessary kitchen utensils. But watch out for the steep staircase to the 1st floor. Worth coming back to.

Super cozy house with the necessities you need in the middle of the city. Jette is very friendly and shows around and responds quickly to inquiries.

Tine is friendly and quick to respond, and flexible with check-in and checkout. The house is nice and homely and has the coziest garden - and a very well-equipped kitchen! The best recommendations - at least we would love to come back when the apartment presents itself!

We were three couples at Signe's house. We enjoyed the very cozy decor both inside and out. Don't have to be difficult to walk, as there are a lot of stairs. It wasn't a problem for us though. We'd love to come again.

A nice little house with a garden. The tomatoes were very tasty. You can easily reach the city center by either walking or taking the nearby bus or train. We enjoyed our stay there. Tina quickly responds to any questions you may have.

We had a very pleasant, spontaneous stay for two days. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy and well equipped, everything was there. The village is really interesting and charming, everything was within walking distance, small shops, beautiful walking paths, the harbor, etc. Especially practical was the parking lot directly on the property and that you could sleep upstairs as well as downstairs. If you're with several people, that's quite practical. Overall, everything worked out wonderfully.

We needed to use the house as a base for our hiking holiday on Langeland. We were very excited about the house's decor and the courtyard. It was clear that the house was a private home with many personal and cozy things. Close to shopping and easy to park our cars. Can only be recommended to others

A cozy and well-located home close to water & the city center. Nice little backyard, which made it possible to be out in complete privacy. The home was clean and well-appointed with a sensible kitchen that worked fine, although the kitchen counter space was not the largest.

The apartment is perfectly located. Walk through the cemetery and enjoy the walk along the beach into town. It's easy to find a parking spot. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. The pedestrian street is close.

We stayed in Christina's cozy townhouse in the middle of Faaborg. Everything went super smoothly and Christina was good at answering and giving the information we needed before arrival, and everything in the house was as described. If we come to Faaborg again, we would like to stay here again :)
