Two parks right nearby and the big Rosengårdcentre 3 min away. The house is functionally furnished according to Nordic traditions on 3 floors. Perfect for families or friends. 10 min away is Munke Mose, by the famous Odense river, with cafe, playgrounds, water bikes, boat trips, sun decks and much more. The apartment is also only about 3 km from Odense Zoo

The charming house from 1900 on 170 m2 offers three bright living rooms en suite and large dining kitchen. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms (bed width: 180, 140, 120), and a lovely morning terrace. Full basement with possibility of extra bed in room. In the garden with fruit trees, shrubs, and lawn you will find an evening terrace. Toilet/bath on all floors. 2 parking spaces.

The house is well kept and there is Easy room for 4 adults and 2 child and possible more by using the air-mattress and or sofa. The House has an Amazing location and There are Bikes for 2 adults and 2 children to use for free, to explorer the area! Please note that’s this is not a hotel nor should you expect 4 star accommodation but it is a nice large family home!

Location in the cozy southern part of Marstal, with a short distance to the marina, forest and the beach at "Erik's tail" with the iconic little beach houses and lovely bathing conditions for both children and adults. Walk distance to shopping, ferry, and free bus that connects the island.
