The guest house is located by the Øhavsstien, which is one of Denmark's most beautiful and longest hiking routes. The house is also located on the Manor Route: Svendborg - Faarborg stage. It is 4 km to the beach and 4 km to Svendborg. You can quickly get to the cozy city atmosphere, while always having the peace and quiet of nature at your fingertips. Beautiful and bright home on a cozy residential street close to the city center, beach and forest in Svendborg. The home is a 20-minute drive from EGESKOV CASTLE and the vintage car museum. In addition, GORILLA PARK with unique climbing experiences is an 18-minute drive away. In addition, you can take a trip to VALDEMAR SLOT on Tåsinge, which is 18 minutes' drive from there. If you want to visit H.C. Andersen's birthplace, it is 35 minutes away by car. If you want to go to LEGOLAND, it's only a 90-minute drive away.

The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

This apartment is located in a small village 3 km from Rudkøbing on Midtlangeland. The apartment is in the main house on an old family farm. There is NO kitchen in the apartment, but a small fridge, electric kettle, microwave and service. There is also the possibility (most days) to buy breakfast for DKK 90 per person. (Children under 12 years, DKK 50) On Langeland, there is beautiful nature and nice beaches. The nearest beach is about 3 km away. Svendborg/Fyn (20 km) is not far away.

The house in the protected town of Tranekær is worthy of preservation. It has been newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary grill in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden. Board games in the cupboards, 55” flat screen TV, Langeland has a golf course, horseback riding, art, galleries, beautiful beaches and the wildest nature.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Certainly contributes to this, that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, on foot or on horseback.

Bright and spacious annex - even if it is only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably undisturbed. Note: There's hot water here, even if the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.
