Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

You can romp on good beaches and hike in the island's forests and onto the beach meadows. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the old picture cutting workshop. The house has its own entrance. It contains bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In total, the house is 40 square meters with its own terrace and access to garden. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

The apartment has 2 rooms. The first room is a living room with a brand new sofa bed and room 2 has a double bed. Please note that the two rooms have a common exit.

This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

The kitchen features modern appliances, including a refrigerator and oven, with ample counter space made from light wood. Natural light enters through a skylight and large window, illuminating the minimalist design. Equipped shelves display various kitchen items, enhancing functionality.

Bright and spacious annex - even if it's only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably secluded. Note: There is hot water, even if the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.

Enjoy the simplicity of life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. Small but well is the motto of the renovated old laundry house, which is close to the beach, forest and town. There is a private terrace with two chairs and cafe table and access to the main house's large park garden. In addition, there are made up to two with duvets and linens, and of course there are towels for both of you.

I spent three nights in Troels‘ cosy tiny house while travelling Fyn. Correspondence with Troels and his wife Nini was quick and they made me feel welcome already before my arrival. Nini explained the house to me once I had arrived and readily answered any of my questions. I also very much enjoyed the chat with her over a coffee during my stay. It is amazing to know that they built the house themselves and it can be seen in all the nice little details it contains. To the house: „hygge“ is probably what describes it best and it is a great place to relax - bring a book and you will not want to leave!

We had a lovely stay at Emilie's home... A lovely house with everything you need and we felt at home... Emilie was nice to talk to and gave us clear instructions and was ready to help if any challenges arose... All in all, a lovely house in a lovely area 🙂 We could definitely stay with Emilie again.

Lone and Kim are a really sweet and hospitable couple. We felt welcome. We were welcome to contact them if we needed anything. Nothing was missing. We felt like we were staying in a great hotel.☺️
