Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. In the apartment, we offer a private entrance with a washer and dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 3/4 bed. 25 minutes' walk to Svendborg city center and in front of the house there also a bus connection. Whether you want to go to a concert, visit the museums, shop, sail, hike, bike in the surrounding forests or play golf, it is perfectly located. Of course, we provide duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels.
