We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 m from a lovely swimming beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, Falsled Kro and a very good harbor grill: "Vandkanten." We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, fishing and cycling. The Øhavsstien, a 220 km long hiking trail around the entire South Funen Øhav, starts at Falsled Harbor.

Til huset er en dejlig ugenert sydvendt have, hvor man kan slappe af under det store gamle æbletræ. Kragnæs er en dejlig lille landsby i hjertet af Ærø, hvor man kan afstresse fra storbyens liv.
