Built from my horses hay shed and transformed into a unique piece of art! My mothers taste and uniqueness and my dads labor is nothing but impressive. You will see the love they spent in every inch of this precious country cottage. The cottage has 1 king bed 1 bathroom and easy parking. Perfect for a couple nights stay next to the majestic zion 17 miles, 50 to bryce, 90 to antelope point. Orderville is a very small town, this awesome cottage is located on the main hwy 89 drag!

James was an amazing host—super helpful, kind, and quick to respond to any questions we had. He was very accommodating and made everything easy from start to finish. The place itself was beautiful, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

We were pleasers with the location and hosts! Comfortable bed, clean and cute place. Relaxing hot tub at the end of hiking days. Alex and Vanessa were readily available when we needed them. If going to both Bryce and Zion this is a good location, but know that you do need to drive a bit to get to the parks.

Stayed this property as a multigenerational trip to Zion. Sons 13,15,17 we are plenty occupied with the game room playing ping-pong and billiards. They had enough space to spread out and not be in each other’s way. My parents (70’s) had a lovely time sitting on the back patio and enjoy enjoying the peace and quiet. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the firewood fire pit with s’mores.

My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. What a beautiful, quiet location. If you've never watched the dawn break atop the hoodoos of southern Utah, from the serene comfort of a deck 20 ft from your bed, you are missing out! My only warning would be to drive very slowly on the dirt road, especially if you're getting in at night and/or drive a sedan. It's a bit rough in a couple places, but we made it ok, even in a Prius.

A modern kitchen is highlighted with stunning granite countertops and a large wooden island with seating for several guests. White cabinetry complements stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator. A vaulted ceiling and overhead lights create an open and bright atmosphere, with large windows offering views of the surroundings.
