Alldeles för sig själv, längst bort på vår tomt ligger vår lilla stuga i en skogsglänta. Här är lugnt och tyst. Bara natur och på badrocks avstånd finns en varm badsjö. Hela området genomkorsas av härliga promenadstråk och det är en knapp km ner till havsviken. Herrbret, som vi kallar stugan, har en härlig altan i solläge på framsidan. Allt är fräscht och nybyggt i gammal stil men med modern standard och utrustning. Stugan är avsedd som en skön avkopplande oas för två personer i naturens närhet

Stugan ligger högt belägen. Sol stora delar av dagen/kvällen. Naturtomt delas med huvudbyggnad. Grannar finns runtomkring, inte tätt inpå, man rår sig själv. Stugan har ett stort ljust allrum, ett mindre sovrum, ett minikök samt en toalett med dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. tre km till havet och barnvänligt bad. Både nära stugan och på Värmdö finns natursköna områden för rekreation. Två km till busshållplats med direktbuss till Slussen/Stockholm. Sju km till mataffär. Två cyklar finns.

The house is in Stavsnäs, close to Sjösala and close to the city on the archipelago. The house is newly renovated. 3 beds in the house upstairs and a 2 bed sofa bed for guests downstairs. Pub/café and shop close by. 8 min walk to the bus, 10 min to ferries, 45 min to Stockholm. Peaceful, cosy. Private parking with boat or car. Obs: Towels and bedsheets is ”not” included. Cleaning is not included. The house must be restored to the same condition at checkout as it was on the arrivial day.

Cosy cottage on a beautiful woodland plot. It has a secluded location at a height next to the forest. Fresh furniture and all amenities one can wish for. Drinkingwater comes from our own source and taste fantastic! Close to nice sea baths and possibility to go around Gula Vindövarvet, a beautiful walking path of 10 km through forest and along the sea. If you want to enjoy fresh air, peace & quiet, birds chiping and starry nights you've come to the right place!

From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.

Wir erlebten wunderschöne Tage bei Eva in Stavsnäs. Der Ort ist pittoresk, eine schwedische Idylle. Die Schiffsverbindungen zu vielen anderen Inseln des Archipels, besonders nach Sandhamn bieten viele weitere Möglichkeiten. An drei Tagen erkundeten wir Stockholm (u.a. ABBA-Museum, Innenstadt, Schloss Drottningholm), was sich mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr perfekt und entspannt machen lässt.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Sarahs und Jonas´ Ferienhäusern. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl - die beiden Häuser sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und ideal gelegen, wenn man sowohl die Natur als auch die Nähe zu Stockholm genießen möchte. Die kleinen Seen laden zum Baden ein und das Meer ist überall in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Glashaus und die Lounge sind eine tolle Ergänzung zu den Häusern. Herzlichen Dank an Sarah und Jonas, die für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar waren.

We absolutely loved staying at Magdalena's place, it was impeccable clean and exactly like the photos. We were two young families visiting and enjoyed the living area and ofcourse the sauna. We took walks around the neighbourhood and cooked every day, the beds are very comfy and would love to come back. Also Magdalena is a superhost responding swiftly to all our questions and super accommodating. Thank you so much for having us.

Stavsnäs is an excellent base camp for exploring the archipelago, and this cottage is very conveniently located for that purpose. Nice surroundings, beautiful private garden with outdoor dining area, bbq, bicycles etc. For being a summer cottage, the kitchen was really well equipped, the beds were excellent. There is a distinct "traditional summer cottage" vibe to the buildings, so not everything works as in a modern house. Read the provided instructions and you'll be fine. Host also responds quickly to any questions! We felt he air is a bit heavy indoors, but you can open windows for ventilation.

Ich hatte ein paar wunderbare Tage bei Karin. Karin ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeberin und stets bemüht um ihre Gäste, ohne je Aufdringlich zu sein. Die Hütte liegt abseits von aller Hektik in einer sehr schönen Bucht und ist perfekt um abzuschalten und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Hütte hat alles was es braucht, allerdings keine Dusche, was ich mit einer Campingdusche gelöst hatte. Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 50 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ebenso die kleine Altstadt von Stavsnäs. Mein Tipp, unbedingt zur örtlichen Bäckerei gehen. Man kann dort wunderbar sitzen und die tollen Produkte genießen. Der Fährterminal ist ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort kommt man mit der Fähre sehr gut nach Sandhamn. Mein Tipp, unter der Woche fahren, da ist es viel entspannter. Mit dem Bus kann man sehr gut Ausflüge nach Stockholm machen, die Haltestelle ist gegenüber vom Supermarkt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Karin Urlaub machen!

We had a very pleasant weekend in Per's stugan. We were three adults. We were very nicely welcomed by Per and his wife and got advice on what to do in the surroundings every time we asked. The cabin was very clean and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. We had good weather and make use of the terrace for eating our meals. The cabin was located beside the main residence with very nice views of the water and islands and with access to a small beach and water. I recommend it!
