The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

Here you can walk to the city centre in 5 minutes. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedrom, bathroom and has a sofabed in the living room with room for 2 people. Preikestolen 10 minutes to parking. Read the reviews from past guests. The view is striking, the place is shielded from traffic and noise. Sun until 10.20 pm on the longest days. Stay for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the front door. Five minutes walk away you can swim in a river with fresh mountain water. Enjoy a new apartment (2023) centrally-located to shopping, resturants, bar, sea, beach, saunas, busses and train station in the up and coming Jåttåvågen in Stavanger. Bus: 5 min walk to nearest bus stop (15 min on bus to city center). Train: 8 min walk to nearest train station (7 min on train to city center). Shopping center: 5 min walk to Stadionparken shopping center. Saunas: 12 min walk to Damp saunas. Beach: 12 min walk to Hinna beach and 20 min walk to Vaulen swimming area.

Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Peaceful apartment close to Stavanger city. It’s a 15 min walk to Stavanger. The apartment has 1 bed-room with a double bed, and it is possible to put in an extra bed in the living room. This place has free parking which and is one of few places with free parking in this area. You can use a nice roof terrace with sun from mid-day to the evening. Free wifi and a TV which is easy to use. A 200 meter walk to the store and to the buss-stop.

Apartment located on the ground floor in a newer residence with a view to the ocean. Best suited for 2 persons. Living room with kitchenette and direct exit to the patio . There is a large bedroom where you can lie in bed and look straight at sea. The apartment is completely secluded with the sea, the free area and the sea bath as the nearest neighbor. Tananger is about 10 km from Sola airport and Stavanger. Very good bus connection.
