Good swimming opportunities both in the sea and river a few minutes walk from the apartment. Sandvolleyball courts and sea trampoline as well as pub and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Welcome to Stavanger and our very cozy apartment on the second floor of our villa from 1913. The apartment consists of one bedroom (double bed), bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet and a wash. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator and stove. In the living room there is a sofa that sleeps two people (150cm). You will have access to free WIFI. The apartment is 75 sqm After taking advantage of the city's amenities, this is a really great place to relax and breathe back.

The road outside is completely closed to transit traffic. On weekdays between 7 am and 3 pm, there will be construction work in the area, but the house is well insulated for sound.
