Welcome to our great tiny house located on beach property, a short drive from Pulpit Rock. The guesthouse is for two people with 160 cm bed, parking space just outside the door, wireless internet, smart TV, kitchen with hot plates, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all fixtures (pots, plates, glasses etc). Bathroom with shower and toilet inside the guesthouse. Underfloor heating in bathrooms. Wall-mounted panel oven in main room. The guesthouse has a private entrance and is separate from the house, 17 sqm only.

15-20min walk to Sandnes city center. Bus stop, shop, playgrounds, skatebowl, sand volleyball and swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. 1-6 guests. Good hiking areas in Melsheia or summit trip to Vedafjell within 30 minutes. Nice garden with barbeque area and terrace by garden pond. Bowling alley, gym, shopping street and shopping opportunities within 2 km. Electric car chargers (2.4kW and 7.2kW) can be used as agreed. Additional costs included. Only stay of paying guests in the apartment is allowed.

Gardener's apartment with parking and fjord view.

This apartment with free parking is a perfect base when you go on a trip to Prekestolen, Kjerag or Stavanger. Top equipped kitchen, bathroom, super queen bed and selected retro design characterize the apartment. From January 2026 to June, there will be construction work in the area on weekdays from 7 am to 3 pm. If you think this will be a problem, I would ask that you find another place. The apartment is soundproofed and so far I have only good reviews from guests who love the tranquility of the place.

Preikestolen 10 minutes to parking. Read the reviews from past guests. The view is striking, the place is shielded from traffic and noise. Sun until 10.20 pm on the longest days. Stay for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the front door. Five minutes walk away you can swim in a river with fresh mountain water. Apartment of 43 m2 sleeps 6 people, plus baby. Sleeps 4 in bedroom and 2 on sofabed in living room. Duvets, bed linens, towels, dish soap, soaps are provided. Large bathroom. Kitchen with all equipment, dining area for 6 people and baby. Refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven and dishwasher. Parking on plot for 1 car and possibly extra cars in the street. No smoking indoors. Pets allowed. Short distance to e.g. the royal park and Norwegian outlet and the jær beaches.

Landlig beliggende loftstue med egen inngang via utvendig spiraltrapp og balkong. Bad med dusj og toalett. Lys og luftig stue med store panoramavinduer hvor du fra sofaen kan nyte utsikt mot flott natur og sauer som beiter like utenfor. Ikke kjøkken, men vannkoker, minikjøleskap, mikrobølgeovn og kopper til disposisjon. Rolig område midt mellom Forus, Sola og Sandnes. 5,4km til Stavanger Lufthavn Sola. Nærmeste busstopp er 1,3km/ 15 min gange unna. Egen bil anbefales.

Welcome to our new and nice apartment in the center of Ålgård - and at the same time located on a farm. You will be staying right next to great nature experiences and waking up to mountain views. The Royal Park, the Pulpit Rock, Norwegian Outleten, Månafossen and Jærstrendene - are all close attractions. A perfect starting point for family on a trip. The area is quiet and the apartment is located so that guests have privacy. Also suitable for work trips.

Giljastølens beste utsiktsplass. Mange varierte fjellturer. Fiske og bade muligheter. Ski inn ski out om vinteren med Gilja Alpin 250 meter fra hytte. Etter dagens aktiviteter er det godt å synke ned i et varmt boblebad med god massasje og nyte solnedgangen eller stjerne himmelen. Det finnes også et badstu i hytten. Gode solforhold rundt hytte fra morning til kvelds om sommeren. Slapp av med venner og familie i dette fantastiske ferie hjemmet.
