We had a great time at Mill Haven Place - we stayed in the sunset yurt with our two kids and it was perfect. The woodburner in the yurt made it really cosy and the covered outdoor kitchenette was great for meal prep. The pitches are well spaced out and the design with the trees makes it feel private yet spacious. We would definitely recommend!

What a beautiful place in the middle of perfect nature. We are very busy people and this was the perfect place to unwind and switch off with the children. Location was quiet and peaceful and we will definitely be back. Natasha was a wonderful host checking in and replying to all my messages. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place.

Loved our first stay at an Geo globe. The globe was really clean and comfortable. Lovely surprise with an electric blanket, hot chocolate and marshmallow. will definitely return.

Stayed for 2 nights with my daughter and dog, we have fallen in love with the yurt and definitely want to stay again. The yurt itself was basic but clean and tidy, we wanted completely off grid and we got what we paid for. The mattresses were a delight to sleep on, really comfy. The toilet facilities were clean and well placed. I didn't try the shower but the shower cubicles looked spacious and clean. The site is on a working farm and it was lovely to meet this years very friendly lambs. Both Baz and Helen were wonderful hosts, very friendly and talkative. We arrived particularly late (after 8pm) so we did need to go searching for someone to let us in but it didn't take long. Especially enjoyed this location for the stunning walk around the coastal path, next time we plan to go a bit further, but even with the moody weather it was stunning and worth the trip. Thank you to Baz and Helen for sharing this beautiful space with us and we can't wait to visit again.

Wonderful yurts in a little slice of Welsh heaven. Set in the valley these wonderful yurts are well equipped and very very comfortable. Little woodburners inside for chilly nights, firepits outside for roasting marshmellows. Merlins bus, which was converted into the kitchen/diner is great for cooking meals. We enjoyed gorgeous walks in the area or a trip to the beach at Aberdovey. Frances is amazing and is very caring towards her guests. Its a wonderful place to come to get away from it all. Really great for young kids too. Great for them to explore the woods and collect firewood etc. We’ve been coming for around 8 yrs and have loved it everytime.

A little slice of paradise :) If you want to wind down and get away from the world this is the place to go . Set in a beautiful forest with owls tooting in the night, it’s a wonderful place to be . Great hosts and brilliants amenities . We will be back !!

The kids absolutely loved staying here. A hidden gem with beautiful scenery and breath taking views. A few days here to recharge is great, off the grid and away from all the chaotic everyday stuff. The hosts were super friendly and always happy to help. We stayed in the red kite yurt, which was clean and just as the pictures showed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to just get away for a few days. This was our first experience of camping and thrilled to say it won’t be the last. You won’t regret booking here, it really was a amazing experience and to top it off we created lovely memories with the kids who loved the whole time they were there. Thanks Russ and Karen👍

Absolutely lovely 2 night stay. The yurt was very spacious, bed was so comfy and the log burner created such a warm environment. The dogs had a blast, the shower area and kitchen area were fab with all that you need. Would thoroughly recommend staying and you wont be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay in our yurt, Anthony was really helpful and kind, and we also felt we had privacy too. The space is wonderful with everything well thought through, we enjoyed a day trip to Aberporth, a very easy drive. Would definitely recommend and come again, xx

Wow, this must be the best place we have ever stayed at! It was our first experience in a yurt and the yurt was just brilliant and very cozy! Hot tub outside the yurt was just perfect to relax in in the evening, nice and warm for this cold weather and cleaned regularly. Lots of delicious food a little drive away from the site, well worth trying! We were made to feel very comfortable and nothing was too much of an ask from Michelle and Phil. We'll definitely be coming back again!

Just returned from the most peaceful few days staying in the beautiful lake yurt. We were left in awe of what Carol and her husband have managed to achieve: a reasonably priced, eco friendly experience but somehow not at the cost of having to compromise your creature comforts. Honestly, if it didn’t say it in the name it would be easy to stay and not even realise their efforts to cater to their guests whilst also caring about the planet. We spent the mornings being greeted by the most beautiful birds who let us feed them (nuts provided by carol), spent our days either walking through the serene surroundings, making use of the on site pedalo to relax on the private lake, visiting the gorgeous beaches practically on the doorstep and spent our evenings relaxing in the wood fired hot tub and star gazing. By far the best Airbnb experience I have had and we can’t wait to return. If you are looking for a break from the rat race and to emerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you!

Rachel & Matt were wonderful hosts. Excellent communication and easy to follow instructions. We stayed in Mimi's Yurt and it was absolutely perfect for our peaceful getaway. The outdoor shower and copper bath were amazing, comfortable bed and sofa, kitchen had all the basics, composting toilet ideal, plenty of wood provided for the burner for our 2 nights. We didn't see another soul whilst there and absolutely loved waking to the dawn chorus of all the songbirds! (earplugs were also provided for those who rather not be woken up at sunrise...though I can't imagine why anyone would rather not hear their beautiful song) We look forward to returning again!

A fantastic get-away-from-it-all stay. Just as we wanted! Complete peace and quiet, with beautiful views. The animals were lovely. We so enjoyed feeding and stroking the horses and especially enjoyed being welcomed by Lazerous the friendly lamb! Kate, the owner, was so lovely. It was really interesting hearing all about her farm and farming practises. And buying some meat from her, which we intend to have this week! The Yurt itself is a lovely space. Cosy, quirky, Kate has clear ideas on the farm and these follow through to the Yurt and its added amenities. The outside kitchen had everything we needed. The outside space was very comfortable and well thought out, and the firepit was fantastic to cook on each night, in addition to the hob. The Yurt is an ideal place for two. But with the addition of the sofa bed, allows for other guests. Once out, the space inside is reduced. But the woodburner and the fairy lights create a super atmosphere into the evening! We will definitely be back!

Such a lovely place to stay with some amazing views from the Yurt. Located next to a small village that has everything you need. Louise and Anthony was amazing host and just let us crack on with our stay and if we needed anything we just dropped them a quick message and it was sorted. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice peaceful get away

Wonderful stay at the Yurt! It was a last minute change of birthday camping plans due to the weather and we managed to stay warm and cosy putting the fire on. We didn't see anyone else there, it was a completely private field so much so much space. Would defintely stay again, feels like a rare and special find. Thank you Natalia X

I can highly recommend Hillfort camping! I had a wonderful 3 night break in one of the yurts. It’s a beautiful, wild, rugged and unspoilt area, perfectly located for walking and other local attractions. John is a fantastic host. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

We recently stayed at Sarah's campsite with friends (group of 11 including kids), and despite the rain, we had an absolutely wonderful time. The campsite was well-maintained, with clean facilities and plenty of space for our group to set up comfortably. The covered kitchen was a lifesaver during the wet weather, allowing us to stay warm and enjoy meals together without any hassle. The kids had a blast exploring the surroundings and particularly making a makeshift dam with rocks in the stream, and the adults appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and scenic views. Sarah was also incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Loved staying in the Yurt! Really clean, peaceful and fun. The outdoor kitchen had everything you needed. Shower was great and the fire pit was lovely to use in the evening. Slept great. Would return :)

Had a fantastic two-night stay in this beautiful yurt. The location was stunning - peaceful, and scenic. The yurt itself was clean and beautifully set up. And the facilities were excellent, with everything we needed thoughtfully provided. The wood burner was a lovely touch, and we really appreciated the neatly stacked logs with kindling on top. Highly recommend!

Our second time staying at Damson Yurt and yet another fantastic weekend! Would recommend families with children of all ages, our girls loved feeding the donkeys and sheep and playing on the park. Me and my partner enjoyed the burger and chips while chilling with a pint. Outstanding food! Both hosts are lovely and all the staff are very welcoming. Can't wait for next year's stay! X
