Winter: The House is fully isolated and is heated by heating pump. The fireplace for cosy atmosphere. New and modern summer house in Rude Strand (Saksild) - only 5 minutes walk from the best beach in Eastern Jutland. The house is placed in cosy and quiet area with a lot of green surroundings. Outdoor shower when you get back from the sandy beach Easy access to Århus (25 minutes drive), great in-door waterpark (10 min), and 1 hour drive to must-visit places like Legoland and Djurs Sommerland

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

This large villa is 198 sqm, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Outside there is a lovely garden with large and private terrace facing southwest. The villa is located in cozy Mårslet, where you can find supermarkets and pizzerias. There are nice walking and biking routes in the area, and not far to the beach. There are frequent tram and bus connections from Mårslet to Aarhus city (free if you have AarhusCARD). Please note that I only rent the house to families.
