The smaller room has two single beds. There's free wifi (300Mb) in both rooms. Also free Netflix There's a large bathroom with toilet, changing table, baby tub, shower, and underfloor heating. We supply bed linen and towels There are two private terraces. One facing west and one with a beautiful view facing east. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening dinner. We were more than excited about the place! The house is totally stylishly furnished, large, offers plenty of space for eight people to spend time together, but also to be able to retreat. The kitchen is nice and large to work with several people at the same time and if it is warm enough you can even go to the terrace to eat. The house offers privacy and coziness. Julie was easy to reach for any questions. By bus you can easily and quickly get to the city center and by car you can reach the water in less than 10 minutes. We felt at home, it will certainly not have been our last visit!! 12/10

Christian's house is very cozy, with many facilities to enjoy as a family. It was perfect for us as we came to visit family living in Mårslet. We were 4 adults traveling with 3 small girls and we were very comfortable, we enjoyed it, young and old. Spacious house with areas for adults and play areas for the little ones. A large garden to enjoy sunny days and with forest areas and green areas to enjoy the surrounding nature, two supermarkets very close to buy everything you need, with some places to eat and drink within walking distance. With the ease of going by bus or train to the center of Århus. We loved the movie nights while the little ones slept comfortably and the days in downtown Aarhus or the beach to enjoy the tranquility. Everything was really perfect! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

We have enjoyed Easter in Jan's lovely cottage with a fantastic location in Ballen. The house is 2 minutes from Ballen harbor, so it was super easy to get to Ballen's cozy and good dining places. There is both morning and evening sun on the large terrace, which we also enjoyed. The house is nice and bright, clean and in great condition. The beds are really good. This is not the last time we will rent Jan's cottage.

What a beautiful stay on this renovated farm and stable from the early 1900’s. Very peaceful and serine with breathtaking sunsets. The whole family enjoyed the hammock swing indoors as well as the cats and duck on the property. Michael was an extremely gracious host and made us feel like family right from the start. We even got a private tour on his Morgan around the neighborhood.

The apartment is located in an extremely quiet area, ideal for relaxing. The hot tub was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. Walks in the beautiful surroundings are also very worthwhile. The apartment itself is well equipped, clean and very cozy, especially the home cinema impressed us. The host was also super nice and helpful. A clear recommendation!

Fantastic nice apartment within walking distance to everything in and around Ballen city. Cozy apartment with everything you need during your stay. Incredible luxury with both an east-facing and west facing terrace. Adam is a superhost but quick positive answers and is incredibly helpful. Definitely not the last time we'll return to this gem on Samsø.

Anna and Palle were very friendly hosts. The furnishings of the accommodation are lovingly equipped in detail and you will find everything you need in your everyday life in the kitchen. What a great apartment, what a lovely hostess. We felt at home from the first moment. If the area weren't so nice, you could spend the whole day in the armchair by the large window and look at the sea. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, super clean and lovingly furnished. For children, there is a play tower with a swing and sandbox. There are many seats in Lotte's beautiful garden and a beautiful sandy beach with a jetty is within walking distance. We would love to come back!

We were very happy with the stay and chose to stay three days longer than planned. Good opportunities for an active stay for both children and adults. Sports hall, swimming pool, nice hiking areas, playground outside and indoor playroom for the kids on a rainy day. Nice location down by the water. We had a great week with our friends (10 adults and 11 kids)! The amenities corresponded to the photos. Particularly practical is the layout of the house: upstairs are the large living & dining area as well as the kitchen anyway. In the lower area is the pool and activity room. So we could play table tennis etc. downstairs if the kids were already asleep upstairs. The view of the horse paddock and the sea is super nice. We would have preferred to take the view home with us. The house was clean upon our arrival except for a few small things. We have clarified these directly with DanCenter. The communication was very friendly and answers came quickly at all times. The beautiful village of Ebeltoft can be reached in 5 minutes by car or about 20-30 minutes walk to the supermarket/place. Conclusion: we would definitely book the house again.
