Located on east side of Sierra Ave. about 200 meters/ 2 min walk to ocean. Condo DOES NOT an have an ocean view, but community offers ocean views and access.

The home is located up the hill from the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Just blocks away from the beach, markets, restaurants, and the freeway. Perfect get away for couples and small families.
