Vacation rentals in Solana Beach

Had a wonderful stay! The Pacific views and sunsets from the balcony were fantastic. The location is up the hill from the ocean, but for me this is perfect: it’s quieter away from the shore, and the views are better. And the ocean is only 5 mins in the car, or a 15-20 min walk. Janet and Nigel were welcoming and friendly hosts. Highly recommend.

Kerri’s home is a fabulous place to stay if you have family, an event, or if you are just looking to tour the San Diego, Anaheim, Solana Beach and other areas. It’s perfectly located to make travel easy to many popular tourist destinations in the area, including hiking and sightseeing! Her home has the MOST wonderful amenities and she is so generous with all provided. We had more than enough comforts to stay our week as a family of 4. The home is set up perfectly to get ready for formal events (I loved the vanity) and have a backyard bbq. The bed toppers make the beds so comfortable- including the pull out couch. From the kitchen to the bathroom to beach fun to rainy days, Kerri has thought of everything. The home is very clean, and the location in busy Solana Beach has beautiful views of the ocean in the distance and the city below. The freeway runs along many neighborhoods in San Diego, but it is just a white noise hum. We loved eating outside everyday. Kerri is a wonderful host!

Cozy, clean, well-equipped. Conveniently located to areas we were familiar with. Raphael responded quickly & kindly to our questions. Really only comfortable for 2 people. Extra seating did not accommodate our needs. Overall, a great experience.

We felt very comfortable. The furnishings are top modern, and everything worked perfectly. Short distance to the Beach, to great Restaurants and to the Supermarkets.

Michael's place was great for our Oceanside getaway. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, the space was clean, the area was walkable, and the space was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Vivian and John‘s cottage was a perfect place for a three day stay. Very peaceful and calm with beautiful surroundings and close to everything I needed to get to. I would love to come back at some point.

Great place to find peace and walk to the beach in a place that seems like you’d have to drive. Turns out you can walk straight to the beach with your board. Jason was insanely chill and helpful. He was just walking his dog and took me on a great walk, guiding me on how to get straight to my favorite beach and back. Never had a host who gladly helped me like that. Comfy bed and pillows too.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachside retreat. I loved being able to see the beach from the apartment and walk down some steps to put my toes in the sand. The pool was great. The apartment was fresh, airy, clean and stocked with all the necessities and some fun stuff like beach toys. I would definitely stay again. We had a bit of trouble getting in through the vehicle gate (couldn't get it to open with the provided pin), but the hosts were so responsive and easy to work with that it ended up being no problem at all.

This is the spot!! Don’t hesitate to book it, if available. By far one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. It felt like home away from home. Everything you need and more. Beautiful views. The space is perfect for both couples and families. Everything was very clean and easy to maintain. The interior and outdoor space is beautifully decorated. I’m leaving knowing that I’ll will be back this summer.

This condo was exactly as represented, probably even more so. It was very lovely and everything was very well presented and cared for. If you’re looking to do some beach time, there are thoughtful touches such as beach towels, chairs, playmate cooler, beach bag - and a ball to toss around while you’re at the beach. The living room had a couple of cozy throws to help with the evening chill. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The bathrooms were pristine (everything was really) and the beds were comfortable.

The views and location make this condo amazing. You can hear the ocean waves from every room of you crack the windows and have an amazing ocean view from the dining area, couch, and outdoor patio. The pools are kept warm and the hot tubs hot, which we appreciated given the relatively cool April weather. The beach access is amazing, and you can take long walks in both directions. We encountered a few issues - housekeepers forgot to stock toilet paper and the dishwasher was broken because of the prior guests - but everything was dealt with quickly when I reached out to the managing company. We’ll recommend this unit to others. It was a great home base for a San Diego area vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and relaxing space. The location was great for exploring Encinitas, Cardiff and Del Mar. Quick drive to La Jolla for family friendly beaches. We didn't use the train but short walk to it makes it a great way to travel. Lisbeth was very responsive and flexible with our travel plans. This is a great place to stay.

I honestly hesitated to give a good review of this place… only bc I don’t want more people to find out about it! ;-) Perfect location, perfect accommodations, everything you could need (including a parking space which is priceless in this beach community!). Super-easy in and out, incredibly friendly hosts and just the ideal spot to chill at the beach. Had to do some work while I was there and the internet was great too! Wish I could think of something that would turn away potential bookers so I could get another chance to stay here, but I got nothin’ 😊

As always Noylan’s casita is a special place! It’s always so clean and feels like home. It has everything you need. It’s close and walkable to the beaches and our favorite restaurant Chiefs. It’s a favorite for my dog Razz too. Noylan is very attentive and always available if you need something or have any questions. This is a special gem in Solana Beach.

Our holiday at Ryan' s home was really fantastic. The flat is really confortable, exactly as described and the proximity to the beach is amazing. Ryan was super responsive and nice. It was a really great holiday and San Diego is truly beautiful.Super recommended!

Andrea was an amazing host! Very responsive and accommodating throughout my month long stay. The condo is very cozy and in the perfect location within Solana. Great amenities and very friendly neighbors. 10/10 - will definitely be booking again in the future.
