Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

View was spectacular! Loved the decor style! It’s an older unit but still well maintained. Loved the amenities and proximity to the beach and restaurants in Oceanside. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. Great space to completely relax and let the ocean take you away. We did see dolphins daily and that right there was a magical treat! The home was extremely clean and equipped with everything and more! Nice local shops and restaurants. We liked that the local beaches were not crowded. Fish tacos, yum (Encinitas Fish Shop was our fav)! Yes, there are stairs, but they were not bad and only to get to the unit. We would love love to revisit this delightful home again and highly recommend.

Loved our staycation at this adorable beach house! Location could not have been better - just a couple blocks from beach access and also super close to restaurants, shops and bars. The house is very cute and was just the right size for our little family of four. The kitchen is well stocked including a French press and keurig. It was also nice having both a front and back yard. Our dog and toddler both thoroughly enjoyed this protected outdoor space. Hosts are also fantastic and were incredibly responsive and generous, including when we embarrassingly locked ourselves out of the house. Highly recommend and would book again!

This place is amazing!! The best views, the best walking, and the spaces in the house are perfect for a group. We made dinner in and watched the sunset every night. We also brought our 6 month old son and it was a great location to be “nap trapped.”

Great stay! Condo was perfect for our family. Layout of the condo was great for family time and felt very spacious. Stephanie was a wonderful host and provided lots of information on things to do, restaurants, grocery stores,etc. Condo was stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, pods for washing clothes and for the dishwasher, coffee pods, tea bags, spices, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were great and the beach was not crowded and very convenient to the condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back. Thank you, Stephanie!

Tamaras listing was exactly like her pictures for a first timer In san diego the location was so beautiful and peaceful right off the beach exactly what I needed for a mini vacation I loved that it had its own little cozy balcony, and rooftop grill/ fire pit overlooking the view of imperial Beach there was so much to do in walking distance you couldn't beat the price for this place would definitely recommend and the host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions we had no matter the time if day thank you for making my stay worth it !

As always, we really enjoyed our stay at Allison’s place. It’s very clean, comfortable, and close to many of our favorite places. Perfect for our family. We’ll be back!

This place is SUCH a gem and I can't say enough good things. When I travel I love to feel like a local, immerse myself into the community and really get a sense of where I'm visiting. This beautiful little cottage with all of it's character and charm allowed me to do just that. The neighbors are so kind and welcoming, the home was pristine and has all the amenities as described, the view took my breath away literally - so amazing. Within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, the beach. Jason and Nicole were so responsive and went out of their way to provide a wide variety of recommendations in the area. I can't wait to visit again!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. 10 and her partner were great at hosting us while we stayed in Carlsbad we enjoyed the view the walk to the beach the game room they went above and beyond by getting my child some snacks and a pizza so it would be there when we arrived this was amazing which was amazing when traveling with kids will be back to stay

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Budd and Matt were very responsive, provided great local recommendations and their place was perfect for our few day stay in San Diego! The neighborhood was gorgeous and very dog friendly. Highly recommend for a San Diego stay.
