Fresh air in quiet forest environment

All on its own, at the end of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Only nature and at a stone's throw distance, there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis in the archipelago setting. Here you have your own patio with barbecue and 100 meters to the sea with access to our private jetty and row boat. A couple of hundred meters into the forest, there is also a cozy swimming lake. The cottage has its own entrance and parking, double bed, simple kitchen, outdoor shower, incineration toilet and possibility of extra bed, loan of paddleboard and bikes. The cottage is small and is guest number over 2 included sleeping cabin with double bed and bunk bed. Short walk to beaches and cliffs. Close to kayaking and two nature reserves. (Björnö & Långviks marsh) Bistro Björkvik (irregular opening hours) is about 2 km from the property. Bus 428 or 429 from the lock (Stockholm) to Idalen.

The house is absolutely beautiful, modern and with a great panorama view on the forest! There is a lake nearby as well as cute bathing spots. The check-in went smoothly and the apartment was clean and really well equipped with everything. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We had a wonderful week. The cottages are very nice and equipped with everything you need. We were with 5 adult children and then it is very pleasant to have different cottages. Nature is wonderful and you can swim nearby. The swimming spot by the diving board was our favorite! Anna and Tomas, thank you so much for letting us stay at your place for a good week. Pelle and Simone’s house is everything they show. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re in for a stunning view of the archipelago and a peaceful retreat just 30 minutes away from Stockholm.
