Cosy 1. Town centre flat with free nearby parking

Cosy 1 is all about location. There are no views but you will be challenged to find a more central location with little road noise In the middle of the Town centre. Perfect for a short stay. Room is bigger than a typical hotel room but with a similar lay out. It is a studio apartment with the added benefit of a kitchen although there is no oven or hob. Kettle Microwave and toaster and smart T.V are provided. Bathroom includes Toilet, wash basin and shower set in a large cubicle. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Recently refurbished and refurnished throughout this excellent space is the perfect place to relax and make the most of this delightful town and the area. Railway station 5 min walk Bus station 7 min walk Town centre 10 min walk It is also only a very short walk to The Buttermarket, The Flaxmills and within walking distance of The Quarry, Theatre Severn, The county showgrounds and all town centre restaurants and venues. We are extremely aware of the requirements of cleanliness and sanitising.

The annex at 44 Belvidere Road in Shrewsbury is part of our detached family home, but completely separate with its own entrance door. All newly refurbished with oak floors and doors, new kitchen and bathroom and new carpet in the bedroom. We are situated in a nice residential area to the east side of the medieval town of Shrewsbury.. Discount for 7 night bookings, discounts sometimes available for 3 nights or more. Warm and welcoming self contained annex in our relaxed family home. Conveniently situated 1.5 miles from the town centre, railway and bus station. Short walk to the West Mid Showground. Flexible check in, a lockbox is available for late arrival or if we are not in to arrange access to the accommodation. Please note that while we provide limited cooking facilities, there is no full kitchen available.

This recently renovated Grade II 17th century mews cottage is tucked away in the centre of Shrewsbury close to beautiful river walks, shops, bars and restaurants. ⚠️ May 2025 Please note - there is some temporary building work being undertaken at an adjacent property. There may be noise from this (men & power tools, not JCBs or heavy machinery) for a couple of months. This will be weekdays 8am - 4pm).
