Unique chalet house in Kings Norton

A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Sunnybrae is a historic Bournville home built for the first secretary of the Bournville Village Trust in 1901. The Coach House is a self contained apartment built over the garage block, in 2016. You are near to all transport links into Birmingham, the University, QE Hospital, The Royal Orthopaedic, Bournville Police Station. We are also near The Beeches and Woodbrooke and Fircroft Colleges.
