Seaside Resort - Deluxe 3 Bedroom - Assignment 2

The deluxe units are located on the upper four floors of the eight-story building and offer views of the ocean and beach from the balcony, and from inside in most of them. These units are approximately 1050 square feet and are limited to 8 guests. They feature a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, balcony, and jetted tub. Each is furnished with a king bed, two twins, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. The twins bed may be combined to form a queen size bed if requested.

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Thank you Jeff for sharing your beautiful home and property and thanks to Janet for preparing the house for our stay. ~Genette

Small studio that is shared with a larger home. I think the rest of the home is also a rental so we were thankful nobody else was there. Not exactly what I thought when renting out the “entire space” so not a crazy great value given the nightly rate. Very clean and short drive into Pacific City (less than 5min).

Great location. View of the beach and great market just around the corner. We felt very at home and had plenty of room for two adult couples. We didn’t use the grill, but it looked like it needed cleaning or refurbishment. All in all a great place to stay and we would consider returning.

We had a wonderful time. We loved the room, we loved the view, we loved the location right off broadway at the promenade. Easy access to all the fun activities. The pool area is amazing and the water was nice and warm. Kids had a blast. Thank you so much. Cant wait to come back again.

I highly recommend this location. Chris made sure to email me to set up my reservation before she went on a trip. I appreciated her forethought. This is a little different than other Airbnbs I stayed at because it is not a person's house, it is a timeshare. So it has more of a hotel type of feel in regards to check in/out, using the pool, etc, except the accommodations are much better than a hotel. The two bedroom set up is perfect for families. You can't get closer to the beach the this location and it has a great pool area that overlooks the beach. I will definitely be staying again.
