Great host-very responsive and friendly. Extremely well stocked home- had everything we could have ever needed and more. Super clean and comfortable. Home is close to seaside promenade and beaches. The river out back was pretty and we enjoyed the firepit.

We would love to stay here again! Very comfortable, so many seating options, pillowy beds with with lush bedding, and we loved having enough TV's! We were accommodated despite our last minute change of dates because we wanted to add days to our stay. Such a serene area, yet close to all the necessities like shopping, food, gas, and tourist attractions. We were sad to leave, but we left with lower blood pressure, gorgeous goodies from charming local shops, and many splendid memories to take home with us! Thank you, Gabey!

Our first time staying at Rockaway and it was amazing! The space was exactly as described; comfortable, peaceful and it truly felt like home. It was kid-friendly, which made a big difference for our family and we we felt completely at ease the entire time. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and tucked away in a quiet area. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy and responsive. This will be our goto every time we stay at Rockaway.

This was our 3rd stay at the Gaea house - a great experience as always! We love the location and dog-friendliness, neighborhood is quiet and just off the beaten path. All listed amenities worked out perfectly. Especially noticeable was how clean the place was upon check-in - absolutely spotless - which is very refreshing after the long drive from Spokane! Thank you for another great Mother’s Day weekend in Seaside!

We had a wonderful family vacation! Katie's place has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with spices, etc. We lacked for nothing. It was a joy to use the fireplace and fire pit several nights. There's an outside shower with hot water that made a huge difference regarding sandy children and adults. Katie has toys, books and games that were greatly appreciated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were attractive and comfortable. The open concept was roomy and comfirtable. We all agree that a return trip is in our future! The location is private and convenient to shopping, Cannon Beach and Astoria. We enjoyed the beach and exploring the area. There's not one thing that I would change! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home!

5 Stars – A Perfect Home Away from Home! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach house in Rockaway Beach! From the moment we walked in, it truly felt like a home away from home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The decor was charming, the beds were super comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning. We loved being just a short walk from the beach, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to unwind. The pet friendly policy was amazing as we never travel without our dogs! Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck or enjoying a peaceful evening by the fireplace, every moment was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Let me just say, WOW! Bright, clean, spacious and everything we could have wanted for our trip. Such a close proximity to the ocean with still being in a quiet neighborhood and close to town. Kelly was super kind and responsive and was able to answer the few questions we had during our stay. Plenty of amenities and space to spread out in the house. Hot tub was clean and hot! Kid friendly with plenty to do in the house if you aren’t exploring outdoors. 10/10 would book this home again!

Conveniently located and nice and neat. Would be happy to stay again. It is an older house but well done. We were warned about the traffic but it didn’t bother us. We did hear guests upstairs but it wasn’t a problem.

Secluded and peaceful, with big windows and a beautiful view. Inside, the furnishings were clean, comfortable, and updated. I spent a lot of time sitting outside in the lush lawn area with a cup of tea. Perfect for one or two travelers who want a taste of the green Tillamook countryside. Great alternative to the hotel accommodations in the area for business travelers!

Great location, the most beautiful sunset that you can watch from the comfort of the living room couch or take a few steps to be right on the beach. Very responsive and friendly hosts. The place is clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place with a beautiful view!! We are so glad we stayed here, Patti has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making this such a wonderful place to stay, stocked with everything you could need. We will definitely be back!

The place was perfect for 2 people and our older dog. Was very quiet which was perfect as we go to bed early. Check in was easy as Allison was very responsive. Bed was super comfy too which we appreciated because we have had our share of some not so comfy beds. Overall nice stay! Thank you

This place was great! We rode bikes to everything, that was so nice! The house was well appointed, in a great location, clean and so cozy!

Comfortable and quiet with a fantastic view of the coastline! Perfectly situated in order to be close to everything but still not in the thick of it! Would stay here again!!!!!

Marie's place was the perfect place for a quiet weekend! The space was clean and well stocked. The kitchen specifically was very nice to make food in and had everything we needed. We'd absolutely stay here again!

The setting couldn't be better. It had everything we needed. It was practically our own beach. (We were right there before Memorial Day - beaches were almost empty.) Stunning unobstructed views. My foot expert told me to do barefoot walks on the beach + get my feet in the ocean. (I've had issues with my feet). Very healing. The sunsets were NUTS. Last time we stayed in this building (different unit), we were treated to two sightings of a bald eagle gliding over the beach on our last day. I was hoping that would happen again -it did. That's a well-trained eagle - this time landing in the creek that empties into the sea. It hit its mark perfectly! 🙃 Maybe rubber-backed mats in the bathrooms. We kept bunching them up. Maybe change the sign by the door? This may be our last visit to this marvelous place, as our knees are going south. We are ancient! PERFECT place for people with good knees. Our dumb knees are the only thing that would keep us away. Maybe with PT we'll be back! 🌊🌊🌊

This was a great spot for our first time on the Oregon coast! The condo was nice, cozy, and clean. The bath was an excellent feature after a fun day at Seaside! This place has everything you need for a great time.

Perfect location for all the fun stuff in town and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Our only regret was we could only stay for 2 nights but, will be trying to arrange another longer stay in the future. Condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. Gorgeous view from living area and very comfortable bedding.

Started out shaky due to cleaning service, not Austin. The unit cleaning was incomplete, no bed linens etc dirty linens piled in front of W/D closet after long day of travel arriving in the dark of night. Austin quickly responded and offered emergency clean the next morning, refunded cleaning fee and partial refund of rental. After check out the cleaning service did come to the rescue securing a watch left behind-so all in all great response. Unit is dated but sort of family beach vintage. It’s comfortable with easy beach access. We had a great stay and enjoyed evening wine on top floor with partial water view.

We had a great few days at Yings’s place! She was very responsive and had great welcoming instructions everything was a breeze to get to place. Wonderful view and easy walk to beach. Great for families. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

We love this gorgeous beachfront condo! The decor is absolutely beautiful and compliments the stunning view. Everything about this condo is calming and serene. All of the amenities make you feel at home. The only drawback I can mention is there is no Air Conditioning, only heat (AC is listed as an amenity in the description). We were lucky it was cool when we visited so we could open windows. Summer months would have made the condo too warm for us. Other than that, it was perfect! The location is ideal for visiting the Northern Oregon Coast. Not too far from Astoria, Cannon Beach, and Sand Lake where you can do some amazing 4 wheeling. We will definitely will return for another visit!
