The apartment is really right on the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We've been renting the apartment for over 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting. We have contracts with a laundry, an air-conditioning company, and a "handyman" who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent, they've been with us since the beginning.

The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.

The apartment is very comfortable, the view is beautiful, it is practically on the sand with beach service with chairs and a tent. The decor is light and beautiful, we have everything a house needs, if you need help we have a great employee who charges daily, we will pass on the contact.. We have a heated pool that is very nice, I'm sure you'll like it very much. It's a paradise here!!We're near the mall,restaurants,golf course,tennis court...
