Host is very polite and thoughtful. Mr. Antonio welcomed us very warmly, always helpful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, with everything nearby: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy… very convenient! The only point that deserves attention is the elevators and the process to remove the car from the parking lot at the time of departure. But I believe this is due to the great movement because of the national holiday. Overall, the place delivers what it promises and is really worth it!

Wonderful experience, we were in 4 people and the flat served us perfectly with great comfort…Just as in the photos and descriptions, close to the beach and the building has a wonderful condominium with swimming pools and full leisure area, also has beach service and a restaurant in the building that made our stay very much easier, I highly recommend and would return!!!

A good accommodation option at Riviera de São Lourenço beach for a couple or couple with 1 to 2 young children. The apartment was delivered well clean, the flat has daily cleaning and parking service covered with valet. The bathroom is very large and there is air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Excellent location to circulate by car and for beach access you should walk about 200 meters, but with availability of chairs and umbrellas on account of the apartment. The kitchen is suitable for breakfast preparation and ready and quick food heating, with a well-suited restaurant on the ground floor for those who do not want to eat at the mall. The host Tomio is very attentive and keeps the property in perfect working order. We recommend !!!

The apartment faces the beach, whoever goes, will be very well located (restaurants, market, etc)... although small, the space is more than enough for a couple with 1 child, everything is very clean, with air conditioning, hammock, kitchen with air fryer, and everything else, very complete! The stay was very good, we were well received by the building staff. Great location, lots of restaurants nearby, close to the Liberdade street markets as well as bakeries and cafes. We felt at home, everything was impeccable. I would like to leave just one note regarding the television, there are no streaming platforms available due to the older television model, we also tried to mirror the mobile screen but it was not possible. In addition, everything was perfect, very grateful for the experience of the stay!

The stay was great! The place is very close to Center Norte, which was perfect for us! The host also always responded to all messages very promptly and clearly, making the process much easier! I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a place to stay in SP, especially in the northern zone.

This is a cozy and well-organized apartment. Although small, it is well planned. The bathroom is very clean and the kitchen has enough accessories for a good stay. Great place for 1 or 2 people to stay for a few days. Very well located, close to the Anhangabaú subway. The only thing that was lacking was that the blanket didn't seem to have been washed, even though the sheets were clean. Other than that, I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

I loved the place! Everything was very clean and organized. All amenities were in good working order. Good Wi-Fi, excellent gas shower, hair dryer, etc. everything great. I spent only one night and I really liked the place. Bruno gave me the information in a very cordial and organized way. Check-in and checkout were super simple and the location is great. Very close to the subway and easy to get to.
