Simply enchanted with the experience! The apartment is exactly as advertised – or rather, live is even more beautiful and welcoming. The location is privileged, facing the sea, perfect for those looking for tranquility and easy access to everything. The attention to detail made all the difference: ice in the freezer, soaps, coffee, sugar, two coolers, among so many other treats that demonstrate the care of hosts. The city of Apê is complete, with appliances and utensils of high quality. For me, a special highlight goes to the mattresses, which have ensured truly restful nights of sleep. I would recommend it without a doubt – it was a flawless stay!

The location is extremely perfect, the only thing missing is a heated pool for swimming at night. However, there was a smaller one that was hot, so it met our needs.

Vanessa's apartment is simply perfect, super clean, smells nice. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The Gourmet area is spectacular, the hot tub made all the difference, we had rainy days and enjoyed it a lot. My husband loves to barbecue and loved the gas barbecue and all the utensils. It was very worthwhile, our stay was perfect.

From check-in we felt extremely comfortable, having our questions and understandings about the location quickly clarified. Extremely comfortable, beautiful and cozy environment, with a condominium complex with large areas and various possibilities for leisure. We liked it very much, we felt very good and we would certainly return in the future.

Cristiane's space is very good, close to the beach, with excellent infrastructure of the building, a very good gym, two pools, being a heated, sauna, kids space and games. Staff working in the very polite and caring building. There is no bed linen, but it warns before we can program and take. I thought the cost-benefit very good, very well lit and ventilated apartment with full kitchen.

Good apartment in a condominium (very friendly and kind staff) close to two beaches. He has the necessary amenities and served us perfectly. There is a good restaurant per kilo on the condominium street, as well as a pharmacy, ice cream parlor, bakery and butcher nearby. It has beach service on São Lourenço beach, which is more frequented and has infrastructure. I had not noticed when I booked the existence of another beach (Itaguaré) that is preserved and very beautiful and is also within walking distance. It is possible to rent a bike near this beach. The listing description perfectly matches the reality.

Our stay was very nice, as strengths I can highlight the location, very close to the beach, the condominium is very beautiful, cozy and with several leisure items, the host Guilherme, quick to respond, kind and flexible, the house although old is very spacious and served our group well.

Melissa was an exceptional host. She showed great flexibility with check-in and check-out times, responded quickly to all our messages and was extremely proactive. We will definitely be back!

The apartment matches the advertised description, is comfortable, was clean, organized and equipped, with bed and bath linens, including towels for the pool or beach, as well as blankets, essential in the fall. The Condominium is very well equipped, with a large leisure area for all ages, with beautiful landscaping, a few meters from the beach and well organized, considering its size. Lucas, who attended to us from the beginning, was very attentive and always available. Our stay was peaceful, pleasant, and we hope to return soon.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with fresh, fragrant linens. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos: very comfortable, well-equipped and impeccably clean. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. It was a great stay! The house is very good, very well equipped. The appointment of Lucimar to help with the cleaning and cooking was a blessing! The condominium is very good, very safe, structure of toys and courts for children, restaurant inside the condominium for lunch, grocery for emergency items within the condominium. 4 tennis courts in great condition! The structure of the condominium on the edge of the tb beach is quite complete. Negative points: The condo beach structure only works on weekends, holidays and high season. The distance from the house to the beach to go on foot, but if you have the elderly or small children, you will have to use a car.

Kelly and Bruno's house is beautiful! Decorated in very good taste, comfortable beds, very good bath and well-equipped kitchen. They were excellent from the beginning to the end of the stay! Fabi, the recommended employee, is also great, cooks well and is very proactive. The condominium is brand new, has a gym and tennis court. Everything is wonderful! It's not in front of the beach, but a quick walk solves that. It also has a golf cart for getting to and from the beach. It was a delicious holiday! We hope to repeat more often!
