Magnificent view, really foot in the sand!!!!

The apartment is really a foot in the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Distance of approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We have been renting the apt for more than 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families staying with us. Maximum Airbnb Assessment! In the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting hosts. We have contracts with laundry, air conditioning company and a person of the "Do Everything" type that is available 24 hours. Cleaning and' excellent staff, are with us from the beginning.

It has a beautiful garden with laser area for children and beautiful benches to rest listening to the sound of the sea, you are on the sand of the beach when descending the apartment. It has a swimming pool, game room, protective screens, cable TV and internet, air conditioning, 1 parking space. The apartment has accommodation for 6 people. The condominium has beach service and ice machine on the ground floor.

My space is called "Feet in the Sand", all you have to do is cross the garden to get to the beach. Ideal for family with children. The apartment is well planned and cozy. It's newly refurbished, has all the basics of cooking. The condominium has beach service, adult and children's heated pool, living room/TV, playroom, barbecue and parking. Located in module 4, 10 min walk from the shopping center. You're gonna love my space. The view and location are spectacular.
