Vacation rentals with a home theater in São Lourenco Beach

My family and I were very pleased with the apartment. The location is great and very close to the beach. The condominium has a complete and very well-maintained infrastructure, worthy of a resort. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Carlos (host) was very polite and helpful. I recommend it for anyone looking for a nice and practical place to stay, especially with children. I'll be back without a doubt.

It is a spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment with a beautiful view and privacy, there are no buildings in front. The condominium is excellent for those with small children, because even on a rainy day you can have fun with a heated pool, toy library, game room (there is a certain musty smell), apart from the playground and courts. There is a 24-hour mini-market inside the condominium that helps a lot. There is a supermarket very close to the building and it is not far from downtown. 10-minute walk to the beach, quiet, but with a child or carrying a lot of things, it's better to go by car. Kind and attentive hosts, they respond quickly.

Apartment well located and clean and organized. My experience was great. Dr. Geni received us at the check-in and explained the operation of the building and apartment, we received pampering… grape juice and biscuits. Mr. Mauro told us places to meet and it was kind. For those looking for a family rental is ideal.

We stayed on the Airbnb of Cátia and Anderson in Bertioga and it was an amazing experience! The space is super complete, very well equipped and extremely cozy, perfect for rest days. In addition, their service makes all the difference – always attentive, helpful and concerned with ensuring the best for the guests. No doubt, a place we recommend and want to go back!

Mauro was very attentive and kind to communication and doubts. The apartment is comfortable and has the vast majority of the things we needed. Very clean and organized. The building has a heated pool, quite pleasant after a long day of the beach. The sauna was also clean and easy to use. I recommend staying at Mauro's place.

The house is very good as in the photos, but in the photos it looks bigger than it really is. The location is excellent! The hosts are great, flexible, let us in earlier at check-in. I would suggest having a larger table in the barbecue area, the one there is very small. The only thing, however, was that they required us to leave the dishes clean and the garbage collected, as the cleaning fee is included in the payment.

Perfect stay. Everything is much better than in the photos. Julio is super attentive, giant house, very comfortable and super well equipped. Very beautiful condominium and super close to a very quiet stretch of the beach. Talita is a great cook and helped us a lot.

Better than the pictures, well-equipped kitchen and a great place to bring a lot of people, everyone was comfortable. We very much like the games in the house and the game room is very wide. The house was very clean and smelling when we arrived. A pity that I caught the weekend with the cold front but we were lucky and Sunday we were able to enjoy the pool well. The house is very close to the centrinho and the beach as well. Diego was helpful in answering all questions quickly and clearly. Everyone loved the house.

Very comfortable house, with all the utensils described in the listing. Daniel was very helpful, attended to us with great sympathy and tried to quickly resolve our requests. She gave us several tips on the beaches and local businesses.

We met for a pizza night with movies + Lady Gaga concert in Copacabana. Upon arriving at the location, we were positively surprised, as the TV and the room are even bigger than they appear in the photos. The environment is comfortable, spacious. We also really liked the outdoor area, we intend to return in the future.

Our stay at Sergio's flat was simply amazing! The place is exactly as in the pictures: very comfortable, well decorated and impeccably clean. I took my parents with me and we were all greeted with great affection and we still got a special treat on arrival — a gesture that made all the difference. Sergio's hospitality has conquered us, and we will undoubtedly return at a next opportunity. Super recommended!

It was our first Airbnb rental experience and I am delighted with this apartment! We were very well taken care of by Juliana, before, during and after our stay. Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly as shown in the photos, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take to the beach, extra sun guard, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air-conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious pool, you don't want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!

The apartment is as shown in the photos and listing description. Very comfortable. All utensils are available. The host always answered my questions quickly and helped me every time I contacted her. The beach is beautiful and clean, very quiet. I went out of season and it was practically empty, it's in front of the apartment. I liked the place, I'll leave the tip for those who go: it's a good place for those who will take everything from home and intend to use the car to go out. There's a bakery and a grocery store on the back street. But good places to eat, walk, fair, etc. are further away. Have to drive by car. At night, they recommended that I not go out on foot, as it would be a little dangerous. There are many wanderers around. Even during the day, we were approached several times when leaving the apartment. I thought our tour was really worth it.

We loved the apartment and amenities, comfortable with a beautiful view. Too bad it was only a few days and we got rain, but we were very comfortable. Adrianny was always available and was very kind in what we needed. The beach is very close and very quiet, warm water great for children. I recommend it and hope to return soon.

We spent the Easter holiday at Deise's house and upon arriving at the place we forgot that we had caught so much traffic thanks to the impeccable and large house, which contains everything that is in the advertised and more, items such as towel, blanket, pots and air conditioning made our stay easier. In addition to the wonderful condominium that contains heated pool and spa, they saved our cloudy and rainy days. Airbnb's location also surprises, as we can reach the center on foot that contains several restaurants, fairs and night and day trips, as well as making it possible to walk to the beach that is 1 block from the building and is beautiful and peaceful.

The accommodation was much better than we imagined, very organized apartment, very clean, really impeccable; complete in relation to kitchen utensils with well-functioning appliances. Condominium with complete infrastructure and extremely attentive staff. Great location. Sérgio was very attentive and quick to respond to us. We will definitely be coming back.
