The house is very good, it has all the utensils you need to make meals! My only negative point was that the bedroom fans are very weak, and the ones available were 220w and the bedroom outlets were 110w, it was very difficult to sleep because of the heat, especially with children! I recommend bringing the 110w fan so you don't die of heat lol Thaís is a lovely person, met all my needs and made my check-in and check-out super flexible! I intend to return more often!!

We were very satisfied with the stay The only situation we had was the impossibility of checking in during the early hours (2:00 a.m.), which would have made it a lot easier due to the traffic. In the end, we chose to leave early, directly from work, and faced a lot of traffic. We believe there could have been some alternative to help us at this point. Apart from that detail, the house was impeccable: everything was very clean, with several signs and useful information. Awesome. We really appreciate the stay!

Very high standard condominium, with wonderful houses and huge boats in the canals with a private deck in each house. The house has one of the best views and a large lawn for children to play on. The boat can be parked on the private deck and it is very pleasant. Excellent value for money

Quiet place that fully matched the listing. After booking, communication with the host was very practical and assertive, including the flexibility I needed to check in and check out. Our stay was wonderful, we have nothing to complain about. Clean and fragrant apartment, already had some items and clean and fragrant bed linen and towels, so much so that we took everything and didn't use ours. Everything is close by, the condominium is quiet, the pool is great and the nights are wonderful because it is heated, there is a market in the condominium itself for emergencies. The house is beautiful and really stands in the super preserved forest. It is necessary to understand the proposal of the house. But it's super safe and comfortable. We have to cross a river with the car but we had no problems. The auga was relatively low despite it being a rainy season. Camila was super kind and thoughtful to solve everything. Even lazy little township appeared to say goodbye.

I traveled with friends to spend the new year and we were positively surprised by the chalet, the space was impeccable when we arrived, complete and exactly as advertised. The street is a bit difficult by car, so go with that in mind, and it has a lot of bush around, which attracts many insects, but nothing that was not expected. To walk to the beach of Maresias, and there is a waterfall of easy access through the house's own backyard, a delight. Isabela was solicitous and very clear with the instructions. We will definitely return!

It was amazing from the beginning, with Junior's service, until we got to the place and saw this beautiful and wonderful view!! Space exactly as in photos and description. Junior gives great support too, it's really worth disconnecting a little in this amazing and wonderful cottage! We will return more often for sure.

The view is wonderful, a quiet place, good for resting. The cabin has great infrastructure with hot and cold air conditioning, quality internet, induction stove, air fryer and smart TV. There's no oven, but the Air fryer solves it. Very good shower and hydro too. Giancarlo welcomed us with all the instructions to access the cabin and sent the rest by text message, making it easy to arrive. On the day of checkout, he also sent the guidelines by message. Overall our experience was very good and we would return with a couple of friends to occupy the two cabins.
