Refrigerator has filtered water which tastes great. Golf cart seats 6 or fold down back seat to cart chairs to beach in provided tub. Condo located in secure area...tons of amenities.

Both sides have their own separate entrances, own fully fenced backyards, & their own driveways. Walking distance to everything downtown and just minutes to multiple water access points and just 2 miles the the beaches.
