Our group of 7 had a great stay! The location really cannot be beat and is the best part! Super easy walk to the beach and the provided chairs and umbrellas are perfect! Located between Alys and Rosemary, quick walk to shops and restaurants, and great to ride bikes to Seaside. Ryan was so easy to communicate with and made the entire trip so easy and simple.

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

We had a great girls getaway! The house was exactly as described and in the perfect location. Would definitely stay here again. Jackie and Rob were very responsive to questions and were very accommodating! Loved our stay!

We had the best time possible loved everything about the place. Didn't want to leave. Makes you wanna move in permanently. Very homely which takes all the stress away. Wouldn't go with anywhere else on next trip hopefully soon!

Great place and great host! The pictures shown do not do the place justice! We were shocked when we walked in. Very easy short walk to the beach too. Kids also caught plenty of bass in the pond out back.

We loved our stay at the house! Not only was the house perfectly clean, but it was also adorable! I spent a long weekend here for my bachelorette with 8 girls total, and we never felt cramped and had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The house was perfect! We also loved using the golf cart to drive around to the pool, beach, to get smoothies, and sight see. Everything was so convenient and easy. I would absolutely stay here again!! Julie was a 100/10 host.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The space is even better than I imagined, and there was ample space for everyone to be comfortable. So much is provided, the golf cart and beach/pool equipment being most helpful. A rainy day makes the game room garage a major benefit. My husband loved the in home sound system. We loved grilling / cooking most of our meals at home in the beautiful and well supplied kitchen. Comfy beds, fabulous bathrooms. The above garage space is perfect for the few in the group that need their separate but together space for whatever reason. Screened in front and back porch were enjoyed. Super close beach access. We were here for a wedding with three other groups of family in three other houses nearby, and ours was the best. I really just can’t say enough. Zero complaints. Thank you for everything!

This place was perfect for our family vacation with our extended family. Admittedly, I was weary when I saw that there was a short walk to the beach because we love beach front, but the walk was just that - very short and a complete non-issue. The backyard is gorgeous and set up wonderfully for both daytime and nighttime. All in all an absolutely wonderful trip.

My entire family of 11 (5 adults 6 children) had an amazing time visiting the area. This villa was exactly as described. It had so much space in the bedrooms, living area and kitchen. We had plenty of room for the entire family. The golf carts were a plus plus plus!!!! Joan was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

Tony was awesome and the place was exactly as described! Would 100% stay here again. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable with plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows etc. The location was great and you can easily walk to one of the many pools. There’s a shopping center super close by. It was great house for our big family trip.

Great place to stay when you’re in Destin. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach (private entrance) as well as several restaurants. Was very close to grocery stores, food, and shopping, but still enough off of the main strip that it felt a bit more secluded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet and streaming services for the kiddos in the afternoons as well. We had 3 little ones with us (4 and under) and they had a blast. Was great not to have to load everyone and our gear into the car every time we wanted to head to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!

The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice tall privacy fence around the backyard. The pool was where we spent most of our days which was the perfect size and very clean. I would definitely recommend you book your stay here if you’re traveling to Santa Rosa Beach area. Host is very responsive if you need anything and the house has everything you should need.

Loved the house overall. It was comfortable and that made it easy to relax during our stay. The golf carts were a nice touch to make it easy to get around.

This home was everything and more! The outdoor oasis was amazing. Plenty of seating, everything you need for the beach. Plenty of floats and things for our grandsons to enjoy in the pool. The home is beautiful, has everything imaginable you will need. We cannot wait to book for 2026. The location and everything was perfect so quiet on a corner lit. Everything about our trip and stay was perfect. It was exactly how we wanted it. Quiet and peaceful and the place was extremely clean and our host was very friendly, helpful and communicative. 10/10 Have already recommended to friends and family for future trips.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors (we met many when we walked our dog). Although it is very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, you have a quiet, private setting. We loved having our own pool when we did not want to be at the beach. The golf cart was fun to take to dinner or to just cruise up and down the coast. This home is exactly as pictured, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for a week in June, very nice location, close to everything, shops, restaurants and grocery store. Beach was only a couple of minutes walk, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a wagon to carry everything was very handy, we only used the wagon one day just because we didn’t need to take so many things to the beach. House was perfect, clean and great amenities. Host was super helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

The perfect getaway. My wife, daughter, 2 pups, and myself couldn’t have asked for a better first time vacation as a family of 5. The place had everything we needed + more. We look forward to booking again!

Amazing stay for us and our family! Place was gorgeous, pool was beautiful, and walking distance to the beach made our visit incredible. We left feeling refreshed and recharged. Must stay! And will be the first place we look if we come back.
