Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

Brian was great and we would definitely stay here again in the future. We had some difficulties figuring out where we should go when we arrived, but that was probably on us and the fact it was really late at night. Brian helped us out as soon as we reached out and we didn’t have any issues after that first arrival.

We had a fantastic time in the condo, it was well-equipped, in a great location, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The 7th floor was plenty high and it was great to watch the sunset and the moon rise at the same time. The Pancakery was in walking distance for a delicious breakfast and The Back Porch was a lovely walk along the beach away for lunch and/or dinner. We are golfers and we found a couple of nice courses not too far away from the condo. We enjoyed taking long walks along the beach. I would recommend the condo to others and hope to be back.

Mina was a fantastic host. She was very responsive and her guidebook was informative. The beach and pool are just a short walk from the condo. The condo is packed with everything you might need. We are already thinking about when we will be back next!

This place was great! Ashkey was great to work with and very responsive and helpful. Check in was a bit of a striggle, no fault of Ashley but the front deck in this condo did not have notice that we were checking in due to not hearing from air b and b which made the process of getting a parking pass difficult. The location was great, short walk to to beach and nice pool. Also close to a Target and Walmart as well as many activites and resturants. Definitely recommend this rental.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and overall, it was a great experience! While the place is a little dated, it offered great value for the price. Everything was well-stocked and clean, which made settling in a breeze. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach—definitely a plus for anyone looking to enjoy some sun and sand. However, I did find it a bit strange upon arrival; it felt like someone had just left, as all the doors, including both sliding glass doors, were unlocked and the TV was still on. We even had to double-check to make sure we were in the right place! On a positive note, the hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! It felt just like home, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway.

How has great communication and the location was perfect. Easy to access with a lot of walkable places and super close to Grand Boulevard.

We stayed here with two kids and it was great! Directions were clear. The condo itself is big and we loved the patio! We loved going down to the pool and walking a short distance to Baytown Wharf. Free use of the tram was a great touch too! Such a beautiful area. We are already planning our return back!

Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location, steps away from the beach. However, only 2 parking spaces are allowed (so you will need to fit your groups of 12 people in 2 cars). Bunk beds offer sleeping arrangement for 6 people, but have to deal with the squeaking noise from the bed frames. Other than that, good value for the money!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. This was the perfect place for my husband and myself. Just the right amount of space and location was perfect.

We loved our stay here, and definitely would like to come back and stay here again! First, it was so easy to check-in. Everything was very clean, lots of towels. Huge windows, so every morning you wake up, there is a stunning view of the ocean. Location couldn’t be any better. We loved the fact that the beach is private and not crowded. It was a a very relaxing vacation. Felt comfortable as home, but luxurious with the amazing location and views. Thank you Newman Daily for sharing this condo!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated condo right on the beach in Destin! The space was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully decorated—truly even better than the pictures. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making it feel like a home away from home. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with a stunning ocean view was a dream. The beach access is unbeatable—just steps away! Plus, everything we needed was provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy beds and beach gear. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions, but still peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach getaway. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing time here. Was perfect for my kids & family. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building was also great. It had a very clean pool, lots of communal beach toys for my kids. Edward was a great host.

Beautiful condo! Incredible views of the beach. Kind and helpful people. Check in process was easy. They even had it ready a little early for us. Will stay again!

The place was nice and clean and close to restaurants and the beach

We had the best stay here for our anniversary and baby moon! The location was ideal for anyone who wants to spend time at the beach and in beautiful Blue Mountain. The walk to the beach was as close as can be - just a matter of walking down the stairs of the building and the stairs to the sand! Another plus was the ease of parking and how walkable numerous restaurants were from the Airbnb. We didn’t even have to rent beach chairs and an umbrella thanks to the equipment in the unit! The balcony was perfect for relaxing after the beach and enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. Staying at this unit grants access to a private stretch of beach that was spacious, beautiful, and never very crowded - even on a holiday weekend! Grace was great at communicating and had the place prepared perfectly for us. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This was my first time in the area and I would absolutely come back in an instant! So much to do for every type of trip and the condo made my trip even better! I had some traveling issues and Katie was responsive and the instructions for check-in were well communicated that it put my mind at ease! The location is perfectly in the middle between Destin and the surrounding beach towns like Seaside and Rosemary if you want to explore. I could not have more good things to say about this trip and airbnb. Gorgeous view (sunrises/sunsets), clean, safe, and many amenities. So many little thoughtful added touches as well like a binder of recommendations in the area make you feel welcome. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
