Great place to stay! Stanton went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Very responsive to messages. Great location and plenty of room for our family.

I would definitely recommend this place. Not only was the condo top notch so was Melissa. My husband fell while at Baytowne creating an issue for me to handle my two grandsons alone. My brother in law came to meet us and she stepped to make sure he had a parking pass and that we would be okay until he arrived. I cannot say enough about the place, location and the host.

Condo was exactly as described and tastefully decorated. Space was a perfect fit for our family and the location can’t be beat.

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend getaway to the beach. Location was just a quick drive to the beach and was great for early morning runs before beach days.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! Kami’s condo was nothing short of perfect. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The view was stunning, and the location was super convenient. Kami was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

We stayed here with two kids and it was great! Directions were clear. The condo itself is big and we loved the patio! We loved going down to the pool and walking a short distance to Baytown Wharf. Free use of the tram was a great touch too! Such a beautiful area. We are already planning our return back!

Great place to stay when you’re in Destin. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach (private entrance) as well as several restaurants. Was very close to grocery stores, food, and shopping, but still enough off of the main strip that it felt a bit more secluded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet and streaming services for the kiddos in the afternoons as well. We had 3 little ones with us (4 and under) and they had a blast. Was great not to have to load everyone and our gear into the car every time we wanted to head to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location, steps away from the beach. However, only 2 parking spaces are allowed (so you will need to fit your groups of 12 people in 2 cars). Bunk beds offer sleeping arrangement for 6 people, but have to deal with the squeaking noise from the bed frames. Other than that, good value for the money!

This is a very beautiful and calm place to stay at while on vacation and the location is amazing. Loved that it is a 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the outlet mall and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Walkable distance. Very clean room. Love that it is on the ground floor and easily accessible. Also great to have a covered space to park. The room is small for the price you pay (not a full kitchen and 1 bed) but still very worth it in my opinion.

The location was perfect. Ground floor walk out to beach and pool were very convenient.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Sand Destin has everything and more. The golf cart makes everything more fun and you don't even have to leave the resort. We cannot wait to come back!

This the best place you an stay in Destin Fl. The condo is beautiful, spacious and up to date. The host is extremely nice and so helpful. This is my second year staying at this condo and we will be back next year to stay again!

First off if you choose Destin then this is the place to stay. Not just this building but stay with Julie. I booked this trip for my daughter’s honeymoon, when Julie found out she was so helpful in making sure everything was going to be great. She stayed in contact with suggestions of things to do and tips on how early to book things. Julie stayed in contact before during and after to make sure my daughter had the honeymoon of a lifetime. I have had quite a few stays but never with a host who was this invested to them having a great trip. I will be going to Destin next year and will definitely look for a place hosted by Julie.

The condo and location were outstanding! So much to do and places to eat within walking distance. The New Year Fireworks show was observable from the condo balcony., so that was a plus. The condo was better than the pictures posted, very clean with comfortable furniture and great decor. The host Travis was outstanding, he was so responsive to all our questions and ensure we were comfortable and felt at home in his home. We had an exceptional time during our stay and would definitely stay again if available during our next visit. We highly recommend Travis and his condo as you will not be disappointed.
