The cottage we rent out has the same address as our place of residence. The house is 50 m2 - clear view of Kattegat - 150 m to the sea- low water level , but swimming possibility - nice beach in Hou about 7 km. stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, crockery, pots etc. TV with Danish channels, wifi, 30 km to Horsens and 30 km to Aarhus, 12 km to Golf Course, 7 km to the port city of Hou. There is ample opportunity for walking and biking to the scenic Enebærodde. A gem for nature lovers year-round. You can shop at the nearby campsite or in Otterup. There is a heater and wood-burning stove. The tenant provides firewood themselves. Animals are not allowed in the house! Electricity is invoiced upon departure - 7kr (1euro)/kWh.

Cozy holiday home in Ballen 100 meters from lovely beach. It overlooks meadow in the backyard and walking distance to Ballen harbor. 4 km to golf course. The house is spacious with two living rooms and nice kitchen. Ideal for family with kids. There is free access to various toys, tow truck, etc. There is a high chair. The garden is landscaped with cozy nooks and trees, and with a lovely view of the meadow where the cows graze in the summer. The plot is 1100 km3, so there is plenty of space for play etc.

Solreden - Charming cottage with sea view

A charming summer house of 123 square meters which was completely modernized and rebuilt six years ago. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea. The view of the large meadow that is an extension of the garden often allows for seeing deer, pheasants, and more. There are good shopping opportunities in the area including gourmet restaurants.

Lovely almost newly renovated holiday home with sea views. Child-friendly sandy beach with swimming bridge. 2 rows and 30 meters to the beach. Ideal for the quiet holiday for 2 or for the small family. 30 km from Odense and city life. Bring your own duvet/pillowcase and sheets. TV, internet, apple tv, radio with Bluetooth Electricity is read on arrival and at the end of stay. The host charges NOK 4.00 per kWh, which will be paid at the end of the stay. No craftspeople are rented.

Stauns 10 C with hanging wagon

The house 10 C is a totally renovated south wing of a historic wood frame house from 1680, located in the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour and a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord. It's not a summerhouse area due to preservation. The house has floor heating and a stove and as you can see a unik fusion of new and old.
