The house is 115 square meters and is located in the quiet village of Kolby in the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a newly renovated country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 toilets (one with bath) and 3 bedrooms with double/2 single beds as well as a smaller room with bunk bed, which should only be used by people up to 170 cm. In total, there are 8 beds. There is also a weekend bed incl. duvet for children from 0-2 years. Outdoors, you can enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and the children can play on the large lawn.

Our unique and spacious home has its very own retro style that blends modern design and patinated rustic furnishings. Our home is centrally located in Tranebjerg and is framed by beautiful nature. The neighborhood consists of the old beautiful Tinghus, Tranebjerg Church and protected fields. It is also possible to rent the associated guest house - the entire property.

The large, paneled window sections in the dining room bring nature and the ocean inside, creating a relaxing sense of calm and peace. Here, you can enjoy a great meal and watch the sun or moon rise on the horizon. Please note, the house has low ceilings, as is to be expected in an older half-timbered house. It adds to the charm, but in some places, you have to watch your head.

Here we can spread our arms, feel the sand between our toes, hear the waves in our ears around the clock, go for swims and walks by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
