Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Saltsjöbaden/Solsidan is the perfect area for families who want to be close to Stockholm city and be able to utilize the beautiful nature and archipelago. Child friendly sandy beach an rocky baths in less than 5 min walking distance. Huset är ljust och luftigt inrett och ligger på en insynsskyddad naturtomt, som gränser till liten allmänning (skog). Gångavstånd till barnvänlig sandstrand.
