Recently renovated one bedroom apartment with en-suite bathroom,dressing room and kitchen with french doors opening onto a verandah and sunny garden. There is also a very comfy sofa bed in the sitting room should you need an extra bed! Located in the inner city suburb of Rozelle, our 1870's sandstone house is one bus stop from Sydney CBD. Cool in summer, warm in winter, the location is ideal for short and longer term visitors wanting to be close to all Sydney has to offer.

Kookaburra Cottage is self contained with an ensuite, kitchenette and comfortable queen size bed. Set in a leafy oasis in the heart of Balmain with a delightful north facing verandah. Pets are welcome but are not be left for long periods alone, (See Pet Rules).
