Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Earlier this year, Marrickville was voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio Marrickville run by Lisa Hoelzl. The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in a warehouse flat on top of a studio and engaging with our odd extended household and neighbourhood.

This place is exactly as described: a cosy studio. Modern, clean and extremely well laid out for a small space. Full kitchen, table, good bed. It has everything you can think of plus capsule coffee machine, basic supplies and extra free supplies that save you dashing out to the shops. Close to light rail stop. Easy parking in quiet street. I cannot fault it as a place to stay fairly close to the city.

So conveniently located. Easy walk through Italian forum to Norton Street with its cafes and Coles. Despite backing onto Parramatta Road it was quiet, the traffic noise a faint hun. The beds were so comfortable and the cooling/heating great. The little patio outside nice for sitting in the winter sun. Kitchen well equipped and laundry with washing machine /dryer a bonus.

Beautiful place to stay, very easy to get in and find the parking spot, once inside it was very clean and warm. Some furniture had some dust on them, and small stain on the lounge, as well as the bathroom having a strange smell, otherwise perfect!! Just up the road from a convenient store that closes at 11:30pm, aswell as up the road from the train station. I didn't realise the bed was a double bed, but that's ok, over all lots of cafes around and a comfortable, quiet stay. My partner and I recommend! :)

We loved our stay - the space was as shown in the pictures and was extremely clean, luxurious, and enjoyable. We wanted to explore Newtown in particular, and this was the perfect home base for this (about a 10 minute stroll to King St). Will was really communicative and proactive. We’d love to return next time we visit.
