Our studio apartment 2+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking. It consists of a big bright room with a king size bed,an additional bed, a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space, a private bathroom and a beautiful balcony which overlooks the roofs of Rovinj and has an amazing sea-view. The apartment has free WiFi, TV and AC. Our house is in a safe neighbourhood, the city centre is a 5min walk and you reach the nearest beach on foot in 10min or 3min by car.

Rudy's Apartment Valdibora is a beautiful, light, spacious apartment in a building that is a real rarity in Rovinj. It is located in the port of Valdibora at the main entrance to the pedestrian zone and the city center. It can be accessed by car, and parking at an affordable price is behind the building. The Apartment Carducci is situated in the very center of Rovinj. The accomodation consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned(cooling-heating). This winter(2018) we put double pane windows and balcony door to improove the insulation and reduce noise from the street.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in the heart of the old town. The studio is located on the 2nd floor and the staircase is typical of the old town core, keep in mind that it is steep and not recommended for people who have difficulty walking up stairs.
