Vacation rentals with beach access in Rovinj

The Blue Doors apartment was comfortable & cozy. The only drawback was the narrow 28 steps to apartment but once you got your luggage up, it was ok going up & down during the day, not for anyone w/walking problems. Although we ate all meals out, the kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. On the ground floor was another kitchen with a larger cooktop & oven, as well as washer & dryer. Our first day we had a problem regulating the shower water temperature, since we weren't used to European fixtures. Once we were shown how to turn the hot/cold knob on the left firmly towards us, we could control temperature. But you had to be quick, as water heater only held enough hot water for about a 10 min shower. It had to refill (10 mins) before next shower. No big deal-time management needed!! The rooftop terrace was just as pictured but again narrow staircase. It was refreshing to sit up there. Maja told us about Scuba for dinner/delicious. It was very quiet in evening. Enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was beautiful and quiet. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was inside. Bed was comfortable and clean. I loved this place, everything is walking distance. I highly recommend it if you are coming here to explore the city. The host was really kind and helpful too.

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed for 3 nights with our dog and it was like being at home, the accommodation was very nice, well-kept and clean, with a nice garden. The location is perfect for getting to the beaches and the city, the host was very precise and friendly right away. I'll recommend this place to everyone.

Great location, close to everything with a parking spot 15 minutes away. Jasna and Viktor were very easy to reach and we had a great time.

Best location any apartment could have: magnificent beaches in walking distance, shops close by, and the busier city centre is reached with the bikes provided by Christine on less than 10 minutes. Really couldn’t have been better..

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

We had a fantastic time at Silvana's place. The beautiful apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to a huge playground and the beaches, and the downtown is within walking distance as well. Silvana is a very friendly and welcoming host, and our children loved to play with her.

We were in this house as a family of four with two children. We didn't miss anything. The place was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and with lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage is in his garden was not a problem at all. We had complete privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

Cristian is a very accommodating host. :-) Easily accessible from the start and solved all the small problems immediately. We'd love to come back to Rovinj!

The place was in a great location right by the sea Boris was always easy to reach and understanding Check-in was simple and quick The design/equipment is perfect for a seaside vacation.

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

We really liked the apartment. Location is absolutely perfect. The house is only separated from the sea by the beach promenade and the port and the center of Fazana are within minutes walking distance.

Had some great weeks in this apartment. The host Branko is the best. So responsive, helpful and kind. The apartment has everything you need. It’s fully equipped. The town is one of the best towns you could have. Nice beaches with good bars and restaurants. Medulin is just a 15 minutes drive. We didn’t like Pula. But you have to go to Rovinj. Such a beautiful and nice town. In short: could really recommend this place for a nice outdoor vacation. Lots to do in the town itself but also in the neighbourhood.

We had a wonderful short vacation for a week at Suzana's. She and her husband are really very warm and helpful people. The apartment is ideal in size. Parking right in the courtyard, even with a roof protected from storms. Fantastic location, 2 min to the beach (incl. Dog beach). Plenty of towels, even after half a week, fresh ones. The apartment was very clean. The bed is large and comfortable. Well-functioning air conditioning - ideal for our dog. Rovinj is super accessible on foot, but also by a little train. Thanks for a great stay!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

We were guests of Sara in Pula (Valkane) from May 19 to 25, 2025 and had a wonderful stay! Sara is a warm, open host who speaks fluent Italian and English. We had apartment 1, a very clean, lovingly furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchen, two air conditioners and a small balcony. Everything was super well maintained, the toilet and the entire apartment sparkling clean. The view of the sea was fantastic! The location is quiet, with a beautiful garden and even fresh fruits – at the same time, everything you need (supermarket, beach, old town) is quickly accessible. Sara explained everything to us and was very helpful throughout the stay. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!
