Beachfront vacation rentals in Rovinj

The place was in a great location right by the sea Boris was always easy to reach and understanding Check-in was simple and quick The design/equipment is perfect for a seaside vacation.

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

We highly recommend the place! Great location, with sea view, beach and close to the city. Sheri and her mother Dolores are very kind hosts and we felt at home! We even received a small gift from Dolores upon departure. The apartment is very clean and quiet. 5 out of 5 stars!! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Had some great weeks in this apartment. The host Branko is the best. So responsive, helpful and kind. The apartment has everything you need. It’s fully equipped. The town is one of the best towns you could have. Nice beaches with good bars and restaurants. Medulin is just a 15 minutes drive. We didn’t like Pula. But you have to go to Rovinj. Such a beautiful and nice town. In short: could really recommend this place for a nice outdoor vacation. Lots to do in the town itself but also in the neighbourhood.

Great place to stay: two big bedrooms, well furnished kitchen, conditioning in each room, excellent location near the seaside and shopping mall, clean. Franka greeted us with drinks and fruits.

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

Tolles Apartment, ruhige Lage, tolle Pool area. In total, we stayed with Klaudia for 4 nights, we liked the apartment very much, new amenities and everything you needed was there. Klaudia gave us many great tips for the area.

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. Wonderfully quiet village, everything within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants). Within 10 minutes on the beach (for which you get a parking pass from Davor) and in Rovinj. Beautiful centrally located in Istria. If you are looking for tranquility and want to get away from the busy tourist spots, you are in the right place. Before, it is available daily for maintenance at the garden, etc., and is always available for questions or a chat. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

Nice hosts, the pool was always clean, about 10 min walk to the beach, a baker and a kiosk on the beach Apartment was very nice, small but nice, everything you need was available I'd love to come back.

Anna is a person of heart, as you rarely find. With every little problem, she was immediately at our side! She is always cheerful, friendly and very helpful! Her little dog Luna is also great, my children have always been happy about her and liked to pet her! Our stay with Anna was great, we enjoyed every day and my daughter says: She definitely wants to come back! Thank you for everything and stay as great as you are, dear Anna ❤️💚❤️💚

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

This apartment was beautiful and quiet. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was inside. Bed was comfortable and clean. I loved this place, everything is walking distance. I highly recommend it if you are coming here to explore the city. The host was really kind and helpful too.

Sandro and Kristina welcomed us very nicely. Accommodation was very clean/as in the photos and in a good location. Beach was about 5 minutes walk from the property. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back:)

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

We had a great stay, the studio was exactly what we need. Location within the old city was great. Josip was very helpful, drove us on arrival and departure to our car. Communication was very easy, highly recommend the studio and the hosts.

Beautiful, clean apartment, you will find everything you need, the host is great, communication with him too, the surroundings are great, the beach is about 10 minutes walk, the closer beach is smaller about 5 minutes. In the vicinity of bike trails, shops... beautiful holiday. Thank you 🥰

Really enjoyed Mario's place as a home base in Rovinj for over a week! Furnishings are simple but functional, as depicted. It was so amazing to have a sea view, functional kitchen, and be so close to the life and bustle of the Old Town. Just a short walk to the local beach and you have everything you need for an ideal staycation. Mario and his property manager were communicative and accommodating during my stay. Recommend!

I had a lovely stay at Suzana’s apartment. The flat was very clean with good space and everything I needed. Suzana was a great host - attentive and highly responsive , also flexible with accommodating some of my needs. The flat itself is centrally located in the old town close to lots of restaurants and a short walk to the sea front . A great base in Rovinj - highly recommend!

The place was really nice. Close to a beach with a beautiful Marina. I prefer being close to but outside the busy tourist area and Čedo’s place was perfect. There is a little grocery store nearby and a good restaurant that’s walkable. I rented an e-scooter and within 10 mins I got to the old town of Rovinj and so many other great restaurants, beaches and a little retail mall so everything was close enough to explore by e-scooter (or walk if you like walking). Čedo was super nice, accommodating and responsive during my entire stay. Unfortunately there was a problem with the internet/router while I was there but this was a problem with the service provider, not Čedo. He was right on top of fixing it and updated me regularly on it. The service provider had to send and install a new router. So this issue is likely resolved for future guests. I would definitely recommend Čedo’s place in Rovinj.
