Apartment Rikardo in historical core of village

Apartment Rikardo is located in Martinšćica- a small coastal village on the west side of the island of Cres. The village was first formed around St. Martins church, right behind St. Geronimos church and monastery, built in 1479 at the coast. Apartment can accommodate two or three persons and is located in center, in the historical part of village called Kaštel. Parking place is free (50 m from apt). Near apt are lots of pebble beaches (walking distance 2 min) and the clearest sea on the island!

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Round house by the beach

Rustic, old and simple round house (former windmill) protected by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia. The house is a few minutes away from the center of town Cres. The beach is in front of the house, with a long promenade along the coast, including plenty of sports activities, especially for cycling. In the garden around the house there is a large cedar and local herbs that you can use in the kitchen. In the garden, guests enjoy the sunny places or the shade.

Cres, private room with terrace

This is a romantic, bright private room in the city center of Cres. The building itself is 500 years old, made of stone and wood but the place was just refurbished in a very classy style. The apartment consists of a private room with bathroom and terrace. The kitchen, which only you will be using, is on ground floor and you can reach it by outdoor staircase. There are two other apartments in the building, one of them being my home, so I will be at your service if needed.

Apartment Medena 1 is located in the city of Cres in Melin II on the ground floor of a private house. Distance from the center and the beach is 250 m. The home includes a fenced-in yard with a garden and free parking, as well as a sun and barbecue area. The unit includes a room with TV and air conditioning, a separate bathroom and a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and other kitchen utensils. Guests have access to free WiFi. Pets are welcome.

On 44 m² + terrace you will find a bedroom a kitchen with living room (with sofa bed 140x200) and bathroom / plus a beautiful terrace - as well as private parking in front of the door (in Cres this is not always the case). Apartement is located on the ground floor.

L'appartamento si trova a 1200 metri dalla spiaggia ed a 500m dal villaggio Beli. Subito sotto la casa si trova il Pansion Tramontana (ristorante). Abbiamo il parcheggio apposito per i nostri ospiti. In spiaggia si puo andare a piedi (10 minuti) o in macchina. Avete a disposizione 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 divano letto in cucina (completamente fornita di tutto l'essenziale), loggia con vista mare, bagnio e TV.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
