Modern Holiday House in Lapland

A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Hunting on state lands (with a permit). Netflix available. Tap water is good and drinkable.

Saint Igloos igloo

Our igloos are 32m² in size and can accommodate two to four persons. The motorized double bed is directly under the glass ceiling. Separate extra beds are made from the sofa. All igloos are equipped with a toilet and a shower, a TV, a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. All rooms have a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, cooking hobs, dinnerware and cutlery, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

Ternu Minivilla

You can enjoy the scenery to the river during your stay. While you are enjoying the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, you might have chance to see the northen lights. This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 8. It has full kitchen, sauna, shower, toilet, 2xbedroom and extra sleeping loft. Outside it has nice terrace with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.

Riverside apartment in city center, 73 m2

Spacious apartment (73 m2) in the heart of Rovaniemi by Kemijoki river. 1 bed room with a queen-size bed, spacious well equipped kitchen and living room with remote work facilities. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna. All the services are located within a walking distance. Many safari companies are located nearby the home. Yet, the location is peaceful. Smoking is prohibited.

The house has been fully renovated. There is a spacious living room with open kitchen, beautiful patio dining room, two fireplaces, 4 bedrooms, sauna department with a hot tub and a laundry room.
