Condo vacation rentals in Rovaniemi

C'est un appart qui est charmant, agréable et dépaysement assuré. Il est très bien équipé ( lave vaisselle, lave linve) très pratique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dedhans. Il est moderne avec des petites touches d'anciens. On a vraiment apprécié cette endroit et qualité prix au top pour petit budget.

Die Wohnung von Bence und Andrea war optimal vom Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der Weg in die Stadt war kurz. Wir durften bereits etwas eher in die Wohnung, was uns sehr geholfen hat, da war bereits vormittags mit dem Zug angekommen waren. Der Check-in war mit den Anweisungen, die wir per Nachricht bekamen, sehr einfach zu bewerkstelligen und auch sonst waren die Gastgeber während des ganzen Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung gefiel uns insgesamt gut, nur die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas spärlich. Nicht gerade etwas, wenn man gerne aufwändig kocht, das nötigste ist jedoch vorhanden. Die Sauna ist klein, aber für zwei Personen zum sitzen ausreichend und sehr einfach zu benutzen. Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden!

The hosts responded promptly and check-in was easy. The location of the accommodation is really great. You can get to all the places in 10 minutes. You can walk to the supermarket, shopping mall, downtown, bus stop, and even the main Aurora spot in 10 minutes. The accommodation is also comfortable. The room, bathroom, and living room are all spacious and nice. If you want to have a pleasant trip, I highly recommend it.

Sommes arrivés à 23h50, 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 4 et 6 ans. Petit problème avec la boîte à clé, mais Valtteri nous a expliqué tout de suite par message. Très réactif. Le logement très bien pour 4 personnes. Calme. Bien équipé. Juste au centre ville, facile pour les courses et près arrêts bus. Nous recommandons le logement pour vos vacances à Rovaniemi.

Todo perfecto. El alojamiento súper acogedor, ideal para dos personas. Un poco lejos de la ciudad para tener más intimidad, pero es muy fácil de acceder en coche, además de que está al lado del aeropuerto y queda a 5/10 minutos de todo lo que quieras ver. Heidi ha estado muy atenta en todo el proceso, contesta rápido y resuelve todas las dudas que tengas. Volvería a reservarlo sin duda si volviera a Rovaniemi.

Jani was an excellent host. He had someone meet us to let us inside the building, show us around, and answer questions. He made good recommendations. The apartment is just as described and conveniently located to the town center, restaurants, cafés, and shopping. There's a cute ice skating rink next door. The apartment has a sauna as well. Comfortable beds, and it has detergent, washing machine, very well equipped. Very nice stay. One thing, just be sure you are able to bring your luggage up four floors, as it's the top apartment in the building.

Nimensä veroinen Lapin Pesä. Kauniit vanhat huonekalut, astiat juhlavia. Helppo asustaa, ei yhtään porrasta.

The house is very clean and the environment is comfortable. What is surprising is the large window in the kitchen, where you can enjoy the night sky and even the aurora while dining. The owner was very kind and willing to help us a lot, we are very grateful to him. If I come to Rovaniemi next time, I will stay here again.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Rovaniemi. The flat is very central and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. I can really recommend it! Leena is a great host and was always easy to contact.

Suvi is very responsive and flexible with check-in and constantly checking on our comfort. The property is just wonderful, in the center of the city, walkable distance to all the activity pickups, surrounded by marts and restaurants.

Kuvausta ja kuvia vastaava kohde! Itse olin yllättynyt naapureiden määrästä, mutta sijainti oli todella rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. Viihtyisä ja tilava majoitus kaiken kaikkiaan.

Jenna’s place was great. It was near the train station, grocery store and not too far from the airport. Her place was spotless and filled with all the items you need in the kitchen.

Beautiful house with two enormous living areas, and 3 bedrooms ... located in a residential neighborhood with a supermarket nearby, and bus to town (30 min walk). Many of the tourist activities in Rovaniemi also offer pick-up and drop-off. The accomodation has everything... big TV, fireplace, sauna - very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. All new and very clean... and well heated. Hannu is a very considerate host, responds rapidly with clear info and instructions. Would love to stay there again ... and longer !!

Das ist wirklich ein ausgesprochen schönes Appartment in guter Lage. Wenn wir einmal nach Rovaniemi wiederkommen sollten, dann gern wieder hierhin. Das Appartment ist bis ins kleinste Detail hin sehr gut ausgestattet.

I stayed five nights at Rea’s place and was really impressed. The apartment is in a new, clean, and well-maintained building. Everything in the flat was just right – excellent condition, comfortable furniture, and a big balcony that was a pleasant surprise with a nice sofa set. The location was perfect for me: close to the city center and all the restaurants and services, yet peaceful and quiet since it faces an inner courtyard. I didn’t hear any traffic noise at all. The neighbors were friendly and greeted me, and shops were also within a good walking distance. As an extra bonus, the beautiful Kemijoki River and its scenic walking paths were nearby – perfect for relaxing strolls. Check-in instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly. I’d happily stay here again!

Hôte très sympathique nous avons été bien accueillis. Asko a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionnait les différents équipements du logement et nous a donnés plusieurs conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour.

Nunu was a great host who met us to help us check in, even though we only stayed a night. The apartment was perfect, although the location might be a little inconvenient for those who doesn’t drive. Highly recommended!

The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the city centre and the Arktikum museum, making it easy to explore. Everything was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. 房東在事前回覆訊息的速度很快，也會主動提供住宿附近的交通，讓我感到很安心，抵達後的房源就跟照片一樣乾淨整潔，一般居住會使用到的物品房東都有提供，其中我最愛的是桑拿，真的很棒!! 床很好睡，房間有暖氣，真的很舒適，而且房東親切，有問題問她她都會很樂意回覆你，這真的是我遇過最好的房東!

This amazing apartment is located right in the heart of Rovaniemi. It’s beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and stylishly decorated. The hosts were very responsive, answering all of our questions promptly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
